Horrible experience

Horrible experience. The only way to get there from Madrid airport is with a shuttle( badly organized) and once we got there we had to wait hours in the sun in the queue.

una stella perchè meno non si può. sono imbarazzanti, servizio clienti ridicolo. Effettuato prenotazione online pagamento andato a buon fine ma la prenotazione no, quindi mi trovo ad aver pagato ma no ho nessun numero di prenotazione in mano. per fare reclamo devi compilare un form dove il numero di prenotazione è obbligatorio. ho doovuto contestare il pagamento al servizio clienti della mia carta di credito. Evitate questa società come la peste.

Finger weg

Finger weg! Bei Abholung des Autos war viel los und die Mitarbeiter dementsprechend kurz angebunden und unfreundlich. Von anderen Autovermietungen bin ich es gewohnt, gemeinsam mit einem Mitarbeiter das Auto in Empfang zu nehmen. Inkl. Erklärung und evtl. Dokumentation von bereits erfolgten Schäden. Ich bekam lediglich den Schlüssel auf den Tresen geknallt und musste das Auto selbst suchen. Bei der Abgabe dann die Abzocke: Mir wurde ein Schaden abgedichtet, den ich nicht verursacht habe. Und da ich leider keine Beweisfotos gemacht habe, wurden 270€ einbehalten. Das Personal, ebenfalls wieder kurz angebunden und unfreundlich, lies sich auf keine Diskussion ein. Nicht einmal ein Schadensbericht wurde mir ausgestellt. Nun hoffe ich auf Check24 und den Premiumschutz, um die Kosten zurück zu erhalten. Wie bereits in vorherigen Rezensionen geschrieben: Centauro lockt mit günstigen Angeboten und verdient am Ende mit solchen Methoden. Nie wieder Centauro. Einen Stern gibt es lediglich für die Nähe zum Flughafen und den Shuttleservice.

oplichters, snelle reactie klantenservice

lange wachtrij bij ophalen auto allicante AIRPORT geen sleutel. moest dat bij het afhaalloket ophalen. kreeg sleutel en plaats nr.geen auto.weer terug auto stond op hele andere plaats.Bij controlle auto flinke beschadigingen weer naar het loket.ze hebben foto's gemaakt wilden geen aantekening maken zou email thuiskrijgen nooit gehad. had alles betaald, maar moest toch met mijn creditcard 433,00 euro laten afschrijven, maar dat was geen probleem als ik de auto weer vol tankte kreeg ik het hele bedrag terug. bij thuiskomst alleen een bedrag van 136.00 euro teruggestort.heeft mij 297.00 euro extra gekost. NOOIT MEER CENTAURO. direct antwoord op deze revieuw van klantenservice. gaan nergens op in, niet op de flink beschadidgde auto, niet op de service, niet dat we ruim 1.1/2 uur daar bezig zijn geweest en ze blijven erbij dat er gemeld is dat het een verzekering betrof, gaan puur aan het feit voorbij dat ik expliciet heb gemeld geen verzekering te willen daar ik die al had.Nee werd er gezegd is voor de benzine.Kortom slechte zaak.

Insurance depositum grab

Jeg valgte minimumforsikring da jeg booket på flyselskapet Norwegians nettsider, og tok følgelig en større risiko, slik at skade ville bli betydelig dyrere. Jeg tok bilde av bil før og etter levering/ overlevering, og brukte cirka halvparten av bensinen (som hadde eget depositum). Det er mulig jeg skulle endret avtalen på stedet, da jeg kom til luken. For de bak disken var "i sjokk" da jeg presiserte at jeg ville stå ved valgene jeg tok på nettsidene, og ikke valgte å betale 132 € for å spare meg for risikoen på 1.100 €? De var såpass insisterende på at jeg gjorde feil valg, at jeg begynte å lure om de forsøkte å advare meg mot selskapet de jobbet for? Derfor tok jeg flere bilder enn vanlig; både før og etter. Beløpet de ba om var mer enn 10% av risikoen, og jeg måtte spørre hva sjansen er for at bilen får skade? Den mest fryktede er selvsagt mindre riper i lakken, som kan påføres av andre når bilen står parkert. Men altså, bilen sto for det meste på privat parkering, og jeg registrerte ingen avvik. De trakk fullt beløp på bensin, og tok ikke hele depositum på 1.100 €, men likevel et betydelig beløp for noe som fremstår som ubegrunnet. Altså to tvilsomme transaksjoner. Centauro viser tvilsom forretningspraksis, og er særs utilgjengelig i klageprosessen, som såvidt har startet.

As usual the service and the staff are 100% professional, we needed to change our booking at the last minute and the phone staff went above and beyond to help and everything was sorted in a matter of minutes.

I am not satisfied w centauro

I am not satisfied w centauro. Rented a car in Portugal 2 weeks ago. Paid for 80€ deposit and 100€ regular deposit. 80€ deposit was refunded right away. The 100€ are now 48€, because of toll taxes, LMAO. Why the car company does not cover this? Have been renting only w SIXT before, you pay 150-200€ deposit, no matter toll taxes, anything, you always get your full deposit back. For me centauro is a scam company. Will Never use them again.
