It was very easy to use Centauro, which I and my familiy has done for more than 15 years. During the last two years the service has overall developed and the price for full cover insurance.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. The only way to get there from Madrid airport is with a shuttle( badly organized) and once we got there we had to wait hours in the sun in the queue.

una stella perchè meno non si può. sono imbarazzanti, servizio clienti ridicolo. Effettuato prenotazione online pagamento andato a buon fine ma la prenotazione no, quindi mi trovo ad aver pagato ma no ho nessun numero di prenotazione in mano. per fare reclamo devi compilare un form dove il numero di prenotazione è obbligatorio. ho doovuto contestare il pagamento al servizio clienti della mia carta di credito. Evitate questa società come la peste.

Finger weg! Bei Abholung des Autos war viel los und die Mitarbeiter dementsprechend kurz angebunden und unfreundlich. Von anderen Autovermietungen bin ich es gewohnt, gemeinsam mit einem Mitarbeiter das Auto in Empfang zu nehmen. Inkl. Erklärung und evtl. Dokumentation von bereits erfolgten Schäden. Ich bekam lediglich den Schlüssel auf den Tresen geknallt und musste das Auto selbst suchen. Bei der Abgabe dann die Abzocke: Mir wurde ein Schaden abgedichtet, den ich nicht verursacht habe. Und da ich leider keine Beweisfotos gemacht habe, wurden 270€ einbehalten. Das Personal, ebenfalls wieder kurz angebunden und unfreundlich, lies sich auf keine Diskussion ein. Nicht einmal ein Schadensbericht wurde mir ausgestellt. Nun hoffe ich auf Check24 und den Premiumschutz, um die Kosten zurück zu erhalten. Wie bereits in vorherigen Rezensionen geschrieben: Centauro lockt mit günstigen Angeboten und verdient am Ende mit solchen Methoden. Nie wieder Centauro. Einen Stern gibt es lediglich für die Nähe zum Flughafen und den Shuttleservice.

nao alugem viaturas com esta companhia. colaboradores pouco serios
aluguei uma viatura nos USA atraves da comapnhia discovercars.com e comprei um seguro contra todos os riscos. quando cheguei ao balcao da centauro no porto para levantar a viatura o colaborador da centauro recusou se a aceitar o meu cartao de credito mastercard para bloquear a franquia obrigando me a comprar o seguro conta todos os riscos da centauro no valor de 324 euros para poder levantar a viatura . quando perguntei ao senhor qual o motivo de nao querer aceitar o meu cartao de credito a sua resposta foi que o meu cartao nao tinha a palavra credito escrita no cartao entao segundo o expert da centauro o meu cartao de credito nao era um cartao de credito .ja entrei em contacto com a mastercard e fui informado que nenhum cartao de credito nos USA tem a palavra credito gravada no cartao uma grande artimanha da centauro para poderem cobrar mais dinheiro aos clientes .tambem entrei em contacto com a discovercars.com e fui informado que no voucher quando eles dizem masctercard credit e so para diferenciar o cartao de credito de um debit card ou de um pre paid card nunca mais voltarei a usar a centauro. foram muito pouco honestos para comigo

Highly recommend Centauro
Highly recommend Centauro We always use Centauro when travelling to Spain, their cost appears more than some other hire car companies, but they include premium insurance and zero excess as standard, which makes a huge difference to peace of mind when travelling, and when compared with similar cover through other companies, Centauro is very good value. Customer Service and car quality is always good as well. Fuel deposit has usually been returned to me in full within 24 hours.

Noleggio di lavoro
Premesso che noleggio l’ auto ogni 15 giorni a Roma.Ma non capisco e penso sia una furbata o politica scorretta dare l auto non con il pieno ma sempre con 1/2 o 3/4 o 1/4 di benzina .Questo fa sì che ogni volta metti sempre benzina in più e la regali a loro .Ultimamente ho messo 25 euro di benzina in più .Ho chiesto se potevano darmi un buono o altro ma mi dicono che non è possibile.Se mettevo meno me li avrebbero scalati dalla franchigia con gli interessi .Quindi nom so se continuare a noleggiare da loro .State attenti .
