It was very easy to use Centauro, which I and my familiy has done for more than 15 years. During the last two years the service has overall developed and the price for full cover insurance.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. The only way to get there from Madrid airport is with a shuttle( badly organized) and once we got there we had to wait hours in the sun in the queue.

una stella perchè meno non si può. sono imbarazzanti, servizio clienti ridicolo. Effettuato prenotazione online pagamento andato a buon fine ma la prenotazione no, quindi mi trovo ad aver pagato ma no ho nessun numero di prenotazione in mano. per fare reclamo devi compilare un form dove il numero di prenotazione è obbligatorio. ho doovuto contestare il pagamento al servizio clienti della mia carta di credito. Evitate questa società come la peste.

Finger weg! Bei Abholung des Autos war viel los und die Mitarbeiter dementsprechend kurz angebunden und unfreundlich. Von anderen Autovermietungen bin ich es gewohnt, gemeinsam mit einem Mitarbeiter das Auto in Empfang zu nehmen. Inkl. Erklärung und evtl. Dokumentation von bereits erfolgten Schäden. Ich bekam lediglich den Schlüssel auf den Tresen geknallt und musste das Auto selbst suchen. Bei der Abgabe dann die Abzocke: Mir wurde ein Schaden abgedichtet, den ich nicht verursacht habe. Und da ich leider keine Beweisfotos gemacht habe, wurden 270€ einbehalten. Das Personal, ebenfalls wieder kurz angebunden und unfreundlich, lies sich auf keine Diskussion ein. Nicht einmal ein Schadensbericht wurde mir ausgestellt. Nun hoffe ich auf Check24 und den Premiumschutz, um die Kosten zurück zu erhalten. Wie bereits in vorherigen Rezensionen geschrieben: Centauro lockt mit günstigen Angeboten und verdient am Ende mit solchen Methoden. Nie wieder Centauro. Einen Stern gibt es lediglich für die Nähe zum Flughafen und den Shuttleservice.

Centauro is great.
Centauro really is renting a car without any worries for a great price. Centauro Alicante couldn't be situated more convenient. A booth in the arrivals hall and a pick up point straight across the street opposite the arrivals hall. Every person is very happy to help you. I will always rent a car there.

La cauzione NON è 1100€
La cauzione NON è 1100€ ma chiedono altri 170€ per cauzione benzina. Sulla mia VISA avevo la disponibilità in quel giorno di solo 1200€ ma sapevo che mi bastavano, perche avevo visionato le condizioni per il ritiro, pero per colpa di 70€ non sono riuscito a prendere la macchina, avevo con me un altra carta AMEX che puntualmente non accettavano, ho chiesto di pagare la cauzione di 1100€ von VISA e la cauzione di 170€ con debito o cash ma nemmeno! Mi volevano forzare a pagare l’assicurazione di 170€!

Veloce e senza problemi
Prima volta che noleggiavo un auto all'estero, molto scettico (soprattutto viste le altre recensioni). Mi sono ricreduto però, il servizio premium elimina franchigia e deposito e permette anche un guidatore extra (si applicano comunque eventuali extra per l'età). Accettano il bancomat senza problemi, la cauzione benzina e Via Verde entrambi restituiti nei tempi concordati (il riaddebito sul conto varia con i tempi della propria banca). Auto pulita e funzionante, con la normale usura di un'auto a noleggio. 5 🌟

Een grote bende bij centauro Athene! Met een doodvermoeid kind. Uren lang zitten omdat de verzekering niet klopt. Echter was alles incl en had bewijzen. Nee ik moest en zou afsluiten. Weg gegaan en alsnog hebben ze geld afgehouden van me credit card. Ons niet eens helpen of wat dan ook. Het was een verschrikkelijk ervaring voor mijn gezin! Arm kind van 3 die doodmoe was. Achteraf toch geld ingehouden en terug gekregen met alle bewijzen. Ze hadden geen poot om op te staan. Niet eens een excuus of wat dan ook. Verschrikkelijke medewerkers! Het zou dicht moeten! Schaam jullie centauro Athene

I find that Centauro are slightly more…
I find that Centauro are slightly more expensive than other hire companies, but it is worth it. Pretty much hassle free and simple transactions on site. They are always our choice for hire cars in Spain.
