5 star service every time. Fantastic value for money, never had an issue.

Easy to book, reasonable rate and excellent support during and after rental period. All inclusions fully explained and documented, providing warnings not to be coerced into hire desk add ons that are already included in the hire rate.

Dubious activity by Hertz!
No problems with carrentals.co.uk, in fact very good service . However three weeks after I returned the car to Hertz I noticed a charge for Β£49.99 on my credit card payable to Hertz. When I queried it they said it was because I had returned the car to Heathrow and not Stansted Airport.. I had actually returned it to Stansted! At best gross incompetence and at worst a dishonest attempt to get extra money hoping the extra payment would slip through unnoticed. I eventually received a refund and an apology from Hertz.

Very poor services...the car which I selected that wasn't available on the ground they were forcing me to take another one otherwise they gonna charge me 25 pounds.....wasted 2 hours in birmingham airport and didn't get any car....guys don't trust this site
