5 star service every time. Fantastic value for money, never had an issue.

Easy to book, reasonable rate and excellent support during and after rental period. All inclusions fully explained and documented, providing warnings not to be coerced into hire desk add ons that are already included in the hire rate.

Would use them again.
No great problems collecting and returning the car from Alamo. Sat Nav not set accurately, therefore we had to return, apologies given and a discount on the petrol. We didn't get the car we ordered, but an upgrade was given on one rental and an equivalent on the second rental, again Alamo. Carrentals was easy to use and very competitive prices. Lots of insurance included. I would use them again.

The Guys in the office in Beziers France were so helpful. Every question asked was answered positively. I recommend Carrentals .co.uk because they are so much cheaper than their rivals with excellent Insurance to be had.

Rental cost more than agreed.
Car was booked and available - as expected. Prices quoted by carrentals.co.uk for additional services, importantly additional driver were incorrect so total cost more than promised. carrrentals.co.uk refused to resolve or reimburse costs so I had to escalate to ombudsman service. Poor.
