Considering I never got the mats and my tracking number was fake all I can say is they took my money.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.....
My order might well turn out to be an excellent product but as I am STILL waiting for it to arrive it will probably be returned if or when it does..... Woeful communication and customer service not helped by using the UK's slowest and worst rated delivery service, the ironically named Fast Despatch Logistics.... No excuse for this in todays competitive market.

Shocking
Ordered on the 17th, still waiting for them. Emails bounce back, phone goes to voicemail and no social media response. Hate leaving bad reviews for small companies but the lack of communication is shocking. Starting to think I have been ripped off. **update** have been advised courier tried to deliver. Checked my security cams, no attempt made. No dispatch info was sent and I'm still waiting on mats. Avoid.

Waited 14 working days for my load area mat for my x class, that I had to trim in myself. I mean it’s a bit of rubber with a little 8-10mm edging on one side. Wouldn’t use or recommend for future

Do not pay extra for delivery.
My rating is for the Customer Service only, as I am yet to receive the mats. When you pay for 24 hour delivery it appears that this is for 24 hours after the mats have been manufactured? Therefore you will pay for 24 hour delivery and in reality it could be 2 weeks until the mats are delivered. It has been a week since I placed the order and I have no idea when the mats will be arriving. I have requested a refund for the delivery, but of course the replies can take "up to 5 working days". I believe the delivery options are completely dishonest and lead customers into thinking they will receive the product far sooner than the company can achieve.

Cannot understand the bad reviews
Cannot understand the bad reviews....my mats for my Mercedes Benz Sprinter were superb quality at an incredible price. Customer Service has been excellent with timely email responses to my queries. Thoroughly recommend, you won't be dissapointed. I have to question if the bad reviews are genuine ????

Much cheaper than VW
Mats seem fine but what’s the point of paying extra to get fast delivery before you go on holiday when they are not in stock so not even sent for two weeks? I ordered 4 mats for the inside that seem ok. The boot protector is ok but the boot profile curves out and the mat has been cut to curve in. It would fail quality check at Rolls Royce but luckily I only have a nice Passat estate.
