Considering I never got the mats and my tracking number was fake all I can say is they took my money.

If I could have left no stars I would have! Ordered my mats nearly 2 weeks ago and paid for express shipping and guess what I’m still waiting for them to be delivered. Was told they would be delivered 5 days ago and no sign of them, called and told they would be the next day and still no sign of them. Called again today 5 days later to be told I’ll find out what’s happening and call you back and no call back. Tried calling them back and now can’t get through! Have never once received any emails on the tracking I’ve been the one chasing them up with calls and emails. Terrible service and I certainly will not be using them again! Now to worry on how the mats will be once they arrive after reading some of the reviews on here!

I NEVER COMPLAIN but on this occasion i feel the need to advise others I would prefer to rate this company as NO stars because I ve tried to communicate with them because the car mats are really badly made and I m going to throw them in the bin because every mat is badly made just STAY AWAY because I have to PAY to send them back for a refund RUBBISH product DON’T USE THIS COMPANY

Wrong Mats sent, won’t refund
The wrong mats have been sent (right colour, wrong size and fit for the car we requested them for) This company now refuse to refund/collect these mats saying it’s because they’re “bespoke”. They are bespoke, but they aren’t what I ordered… AVOID AT ALL COSTS. terrible customer service who won’t correct an error they’ve made. Complaint is ongoing

Terrible company
Bought a car cover from them. Meant for an E class Mercedes convertible. It would be huge on an estate car. They want me too pay to send it back. They should send a replacement & pick this one up. They are not interested. These covers are meant to be hand made. Bought better ones from E Bay for less than half the price.

Second purchase
This is my second purchase. I was so delighted with the first. I bought them for a family member who is a mechanic and opted for the rubber boot mat, its ideal for mucky tools etc as it can be easily washed. Again I experienced great service and quality from this company. I would highly recommend.

Disappointing.
Ordered a full set of Deluxe Car Mats and was disappointed. The fit isn’t great, very annoying considering they’re tailored to the car. Rear mats are smaller than original so leave some carpet open to dirt. Front passenger was the same. Driver side was too long, and so doesn’t fit properly either. A couple had long threads left (30cm) dangling from where the edging had been sewn on. Came with 2 fixings for them all, I needed 8. Material also feels substandard, I ordered 2500gsm carpet, expecting it to feel plush and soft, and it does not. Probably 4mm thick, just feels cheap. Won’t be using again.
