Arrived 12 may returning the 16th may start to finish the whole holiday was great hotel was OK except stairs up to the lift I found that to be unusual but managed, the meals were not the best often over cooked or under cooked sometimes not enough The drivers were very friendly the turns were good I would be looking into your chef or cook

Went to Loch Lomond with my granddaughter for the first time would recommend anybody to go it was beautiful hotel lovely food not so great hotel lovely and clean staff really nice or driver Kevin was brilliant two hours at Moffat to long not enough to do and to long at Gretna Green would of made more sense to have longer at Loch Lomond But overall had a lovely timeLooking forward to our next trip away

Great weekend
Me and my son had a great weekend at Alton Towers, the only let down was the evening meal at the Belvilla Hotel, almost the whole coach went to McDonald's across the carpark, the breakfast was lovely though, beds were comfy and rooms were clean.
