The Driver was rude to my Husband by…
The Driver was rude to my Husband by having a go at him in front of everyone due to me getting on the bus whilst he was seeing to the luggage.He continued being rude to passengers for the rest of the time [searching peoples bags ,he told passengers not to use the toilet onboard as it was for emergencies only and you could only have a wee only and not a number 2 .] everybody felt intimidated by him and i felt like a school child myself the way he was talking to everbody ,i heard a few people say they would not be coming back with these trips especially if he was the driver.

We had holiday booked
We had holiday booked, and paid for, then got a hospital appointment, so needed to change holiday, after a little, bit of hassle, it was all sorted for us, and even, better, no charge, so very happy, would have given 5 stars but, thought we where going to lose holiday and money, but, eventually got it sorted, so a bit of worry first off.
