Michelle our driver was fantastic (especially her singing!!!). Stopped in the Ibis Styles Hotel, Haydock. The only negative were the beds in the family room, mattresses dirty & uncomfortable & room too small to accommodate them. Trip itself was enjoyable.

Bryan Adams trip
Went on a trip to see Bryan Adam’s in concert at Liverpool. The concert was fabulous the Adelphi hotel was also good and was much improved since my last stay there. The trip was spoiled however by the obnoxious coach driver. From start to finish he was rude and disrespectful to the customers. I understand that there is no alcohol on the coaches but to humiliate people in front of the whole coach is unacceptable. It was also mentioned that he was searching people’s bags when we had stopped at services. The people on the bus were very quiet not causing any issues at all. Most were pensioners to be honest. His attitude was awful and as a customer who use Caledonian on a regular basis the driver can make or break a trip and this was one. He also threatened to lock the toilet up on the way down and on the way back home he did lock the door so nobody could use it. There was also no stop so all the people on the bus had to wait at least 3 hours until they left the bus. That was totally unacceptable. I hope I never have him driving on any trips I choose to purchase in future. He needs a course on customer care as he has not got any people skills at all.
