Folkestone, Bruges and Canterbury
Went on the Folkestone, Bruges & Canterbury trip. First there was a mix up of the drivers which eventually got sorted, the stops were very good al though only one at Gretna Green on the way down. The hotel was dire, desperately in need of an update, food was mediocre at best. Staff were nice and helpful. We only had 1 hour & 40 mins in Bruges so that is a wasted trip. Wouldn’t do a long trip again. Also check your hotel reviews as they don’t always use ‘nice’ ones.

I disliked that I have booked three…
I disliked that I have booked three holidays, paid fully for two and had my seat changed for the August holiday. Surely booking well in advance, which I have to do for a single room, ensures me the seat that I have paid for.

First time
It was a nice experience doing the York day trip. The driver is friendly and drove safely. The bus is clean and comfortable. I will surely do more trips with Caledonian.

We had a brilliant time at Liverpool. The owner of caladonia took us. Such a lovely man & gave us abit of history about Liverpool that we didn’t know. Looking forward to our next trip to Durham. Bambrough Castle & holy island

Superb First Time Experience with this Company
It was the First time we had been on a coach holiday. I would definitely recommend this company, attention to detail was excellent. We travelled from Leeds for a 5 day Break in the North East, we travelled to Durham, Beamish & Bamburgh Castle. Our Driver Dene was superb, very informative, professional, great sense of humor, a credit to your company. Very impressed with the company I booked a second 2 day trip with them next month,
