Everything was so simple.

Everything was so simple and straightforward, from the details of the holiday and accomodation, to giving the banking details. The invoice was issued via email almost imediately.

Being a solo traveller it's difficult to find a holiday.The staff at the Middlesbrough branch are always helpful and understanding and always find a holiday for myself. They are also knowledgeable about the holidays on offer.

Book our break was no problem Parts of hotel could do with a good refresh . My dinner the chicken was tough and hard to eat and vegetables under cooked. Put on the other hand staff in all parts of hotel very pleasant and helpful.

I’ve got my friends from Australia here we’ve done two mystery tours and a tour to Skipton and Grassington. Very happy with everything about the service on every occasion the drivers were so pleasant and helpful.

Harry Potter Studio Tour

What a brilliant two day holiday we have just had visiting Harry Potter Studio Tour in London. It was booked as part of our daughter's 21st Birthday celebrations. From the moment we got on the coach till we got back home it was amazing. Gordon our driver was superb very funny and kept was well informed from the start. The hotel was great and also the food, the tour itself was amazing and will definitely be back. Overall this was our first Caledonian Travel trip and won't be our last. Thank you very much.

FORMAL COMPLAINT

FORMAL COMPLAINT My mother, who is 83, booked a holiday with you (T609617). She subsequently took out trip insurance, when she found out her annual policy was expiring. Despite a number of phone calls to your call centre she has been unable to obtain insurance documents. There was an attachment on the email they sent “CT_Policy_Booklet.pdf” but this is not in a recognised format. I spoke to your call centre last week regarding this matter, the first person just resent the same email. The second person an aggressive and rude Scottish person said my mother would have to pay to have the documents sent out, when I asked her take ownership of the issue she hung up. The insurance market is regulated by law and you have to supply documents, if you do not supply the documents I will be forced to contact the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). My mother has been loyal customer of your company for a number of years and I am sure this situation does not represent your brand values. I ask you resolve this issue as quickly as possible and maybe provide some ex gratia compensation without prejudice?

Bus driver always polite and smart in uniform. Bus clean and tidy. Hotel welcoming, good choice of food. Smart restaurant. Happy hour in bar till 7p.m.
