Avoid at all cost.
I ordered some herbal extracts on BulkSupplements. The package was sent in a few days, but never reached me as it was stopped at the customs, then sent back to BulkSupplements. I contacted BulkSupplements to ask how is it possible that they allow ordering for these herbal extracts to my country and they replied it was customer's responsability to check if customs allow it or not ... lol what ? A company selling product worldwide not checking what they can send abroad... I've now been waiting for my refund for 2 weeks ... customer support is telling me it can take up to ... 2 months to be refunded. Not really sure how this kind of shady company can still be in business in 2025.
