Pas op!
Pas op! Oplichters! Dit bedrijf zegt en schrijft dat zij het heel erg vinden dat de klant een probleem heeft en dat zij er alles gaan doen om het op te lossen. Maar dan blijft het stil. En zo gaan er weer weken over heen. Ik raad aan om voor een ander provider te kiezen. En of ik de klantenservice via 020-2055555 of de livechat wil raadplegen! Dit is gewoon te onbeschoft voor woorden! Natuurlijk heb ik tot vervelends toe gebeld en gechat! Dat hebben jullie o.a. op tape staan voor zogenaamde trainingsdoeleinden. Jullie moeten gewoon orde op zaken stellen of gewoon helemaal stoppen! Toch bedankt voor uw reactie. (Of was dat ook een geautomatiseerde standaard bericht)
