Bought a flat a week ago through Basingstoke Brdges.Has been chasing to get fobs and keys since many weeks -no response,was standing outside my own flat for 20’minutes before someone came to let me in.Now I need to make keys and fobs myself,paying from my pocket. Sale done -Vanished -No response to emails-not professional.

Jasmine at Bridges Camberley branch put us all at ease during our recent property viewing.
