Bought a flat a week ago through Basingstoke Brdges.Has been chasing to get fobs and keys since many weeks -no response,was standing outside my own flat for 20’minutes before someone came to let me in.Now I need to make keys and fobs myself,paying from my pocket. Sale done -Vanished -No response to emails-not professional.

Very poor experience

Very poor experience. We asked to view a property and were given the first appointment available. The day before the viewing we got an email saying the property was let yet we were apparently first in line. The company now refuses to contact us or to view any other property they advertise. Extremely unprofessional and the last thing you want in an estate agent. avoid!

Rude and Poor Customer Service

Rude and Poor customer Service! Call from estate agent to cancel viewing which was understandable given the property sprung a leak. Following a request to inquire about late a viewing such that I may attend after work I was advised in a rude and hurried tone that a genuine customer would make time to attend. Agent was keen to hang up despite my attempting to inquire about latest viewings that would be possible to accommodate.

"They"ll be p*s**d off with that" was the response to my cash offer

"They"ll be p*s**d off with that" was the response to the cash offer I made on behalf of my recently widowed mum. This was after "you're late!" when I viewed a second house directly after viewing the house mum bought. Had to prove funds existed before I could make an offer. Attitude totally changed from not being interested in giving me the time of day. Found Bridges to be unprofessional from the outset. You do not speak to a potential buyer as they did to me. Mum sadly passed away 16 December.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE, reluctant to use to start with, only confirmed it

We did use Bridges for a purchase of a property recently. For few months we were contacted by phone in regards of updates etc., but when it came to actually being informed that the purchase fell through, that was done by email and not easy to reach over the phone when called back. How convenient and unprofessional. But, in general, I prefer honest estate agents, not many around. Saying all that, thanks to Bridges and us loosing the first house, we found a much better property, estate agent was brilliant and transparent, easy communication, the whole purchase took 7 weeks from offer to completion (and that is including Christmas break), so could not be happier. And - the other property - still hasn't been completed on, so I guess karma.

Great Service from Dale and his team in…

Great Service from Dale and his team in Fleet. Bridges took our property on to the market and sold it in a matter of days and achieved the price we wanted. Took great photos and communicated throughout the process regarding viewings, all of which where accompanied. We received feedback on the same day or the next morning. Once the sale was agreed, we had assistance from Kevin who was a pleasure to deal with, and supplied regular updates via email and phone. We purchased our current house through Bridges, and it was a 'no brainer' to use them when it came to selling. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend their services to our friends and family. Thanks TEAM Fleet! Its been a pleasure, from two very happy customers busy packing!

I have recently sold and purchased…

I have recently sold and purchased through Bridges and even though the market has been incredibly slow they worked hard to get people through our door. The staff in the IT Hub are all excellent on the phone, I felt like I knew them all by the time we sold!! Special thanks to Carly in the Hub. Sally the Sales Progressor worked hard for us, even though she moved within the company before the sale completed, I wish her good luck and thank you for all your hard work. In the last few weeks Dominic from Ash Vale was fantastic, calm, professional and relentless in seeing the sale through. Thanks also to Ben in Ash Vale, Torin in Aldershot and Rob in Ash Vale (you are a credit to your dad, smart professional and the loveliest young man). Thank you to all at Bridges, we absolutely love our new home.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Made an appointment to view a property. After waiting, and then eventually calling the estate agents, they put me on hold for the manager, who made the appointment, that this had not been booked. He then, rather then apologise, informed me it was my fault for not having a confirmation email, because obviously him telling it was booked wasn't enough. I After, being told by multiple people that bridges were, simply terrible, I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. This was the wrong choice.
