Bought a flat a week ago through Basingstoke Brdges.Has been chasing to get fobs and keys since many weeks -no response,was standing outside my own flat for 20’minutes before someone came to let me in.Now I need to make keys and fobs myself,paying from my pocket. Sale done -Vanished -No response to emails-not professional.

Bridges Aldershot I offered for one of the properties and increased by offer on 15th Oct and called the property manager at Aldershot branch 3 times on 16th Oct afternoon, called reception and left message for Agent managing the property to call me back ASAP to confirm that I accept the owner's counter offer. But they didn't respond and then later they received another offer and things didn't workout for me. I was in a shock as I called to confirm my acceptance even before the other offer was received, I missed the property due to agents negligence and timely communication. And agent was annoyed and started talking aggressively.

I have been working alongside different estate agents as I am looking for a property to buy. The service here is just amazing. I met Maia who was very efficient at showing me around the property no pressure was applied as soon as she knew I was looking for something else. Instead she asked what exactly I was after then proceeded to send me details of the exact homes that I would like to purchase. I spoke to Ben by phone and again the service stands out as being one of if not the best I have come across. I feel valued even although I am aware that they have many clients to look after but it does not feel that way. I highly recommend using this company as they obviously know how to recruit GOOD people!
