We’ve rented vacation homes many times over the years through Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals and have always had a great experience. The properties have consistently been clean, and the customer service and communication throughout the rental process have been excellent. Most recently, the home we booked unfortunately had a leak and sustained damage the day before our arrival. Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals contacted us right away, and we were able to quickly and easily switch to another available home for the same dates. The entire process of changing our reservation took just a few minutes and was handled smoothly.

They did not address my concerns. I ask to have the broker call me and I never heard back from them. The noise in the cabin was so bad, I left 4 days early. I went there to get away from the stress of having cancer. It was so stressful there I couldn’t stay any longer.

Great house and location. Couldn't be happier. We go to Blowing Rock every year and this is by far our favorite place we have stayed! Much larger than anticipated and great backyard!

It was a great experience! Everyone was very professional and kept a great energy. I will do this again soon!!

It was the perfect getaway right on a lovely creek. The house was perfect for us. It was close to Grandfather Mountain and many restaurants. We really enjoyed out time there.

Summer cool nights in the mountains! The Great Bear Lodge is a wonderful getaway and close to so many things! Zero issues and we will be coming back!

Loved the House! It was outfitted with all the kitchen items any Chef could want. The Game room and professional Boccie ball court were a blast! The entire property had lots of room for the kids to play and explore. Being close (walking distance) to the sports provided at Camp Eagles Nest was a nice added value. Also only a short drive (8-10 mins) to all that Beach Mountain has to offer was a plus as well. We found the best house on the mountain for sure:) Thank you!

Love how quick and efficient responses are when questions are asked. Ease of booking and amount of rentals available is great! We’ve used BRMR for the past 4.5 years and wouldn’t choose anyone else!

Great place in banner elk. Had a few issues with the door code but Blue Ridge Rentsls was very helpful and responsive.

Exceptional customer service from this company if any issues arise. We will definitely book with them again when we are in the area.

Extremely poor customer service. We wish we would’ve been told what was not gonna be working. Although for the most part, The lodge is large, and shows in the pictures as grand. It doesn’t seem as though upkeep and general maintenance is being done.

I had one little question and they were quick to answer email. Great communication!
