Always nice to walk into a clean house and not needing to bring the little things.

Our family really enjoyed our time at Hangin' Out. It is such a nice house with great views! We stayed at Hangin' Out for Thanksgiving in 2006. Both times we enjoyed the home and all the beautiful views from the porches. The house was very clean and comfortable. Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals welcomed us with a bag of goodies on the table. We enjoyed the granola and coffee so much that we went to Hatchet Coffee to purchase more. We hope to stay at this house again one day!

Very polite and attentive, renting a property from blue ridge mountain rental was a great experience, awesome customer service.

The house itself was great with great views.But had a few issues at check in. Hot tub was dirty and cloudy, turned out to have mulch and chemicals that made it cloudy. There was no power cord for the master bedroom tv so there was no tv on the main floor to watch. The fire extinguisher was long expired and had lost its charge. Three out of the five chairs at the fire pit were broken and unusable .Blue ridge rentals did attempt to correct the issues only to find out that the owner uses his own contractors and only uses Blue ridge for rental service. Recommend getting a TV for first floor other than master bedroom. Power blinds for the large windows would also be a benefit for the two hour block that the sun blinds everything in the room. If the problems were taken care of would likely give five stars.

Clean and beautiful cabin! Easy access from 321 and great neighborhood of cabins! Enjoyed stay very much!

The atmosphere, accommodations, weather, everything was basically so relaxing. I will say, we brought some things that were not necessary as online they were not listed. Such as hair dryer, clothing iron, ironing board. And unfortunately, we could not find a pen provided to use to enter in the quest book and we did not bring one either. LOL. Anyway, thank you for providing. The Harringtons.

It is always wonderful to walk into a clean vacation space at Dreamweaver Cabin of Eagles Nest in Banner Elk. Beautiful views. Wildlife. Professional rental company with more perks! Love the texting to get up to date information.

We enjoyed our stay in River Sound so much! The cabin was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Beautifully decorated and in an amazing area right on the Elk River. The follow ups and customer service was excellent. Noah and Amy answered questions and assisted us in making this trip beyond expectation! We will be back!

I book a house for the first time with Blue Ridge Mountain rental. I have to say their service is amazing and everyone is so great of communication and make sure you are very well taken care of… We went to stay at the Apple Cove We were looking for a very relaxing lots of outdoor space pet friendly This house had all the checklist I needed .. beautiful view . Lots of wildlife dear.. The house is super cozy equipped with everything you need. The hot tub is so nice very clean. Looks New very well kept., the outdoor space balconies are amazing.. Definitely a house that will recommend and look forward to be back.. thank you for everyone

Whispering Ridge Retreat is a perfect spot for your mountain getaway! The location near downtown Boone is perfect and there are plenty of nearby options for groceries, restaurants, and activities. We found the house to be clean and super comfortable. The couches are perfect for lounging and the mattresses were in great shape for getting a good night's sleep. We stayed in for most of our meals and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked, it also boasts some of the best knives I've ever seen at a rental property! We loved the view from the back decks while we sipped coffee in the morning or bourbon in the evening. The hot tub also made for a relaxing end to the day, especially after we were busy with pickleball (check out the nearby Summit facility) and hiking. This is a pet friendly location but we had no issues with pet hair, etc during our stay. Also, if you are sensitive to light while sleeping, consider bringing a sleep mask if you are using the king bed in the loft. We look forward to returning to this great spot in Boone!

A+ vacation rental with incredible VIEWS!

Vista 360° lived up to its name! The views were incredible and we really felt like we were living in a treehouse. There are minisplit A/Cs in both main floor bedrooms, but only fans in basement and loft. We kept the windows open at night to allow cool air in to cool the main area. This rental company found a problem with the fridge before our arrival and had it replaced before we even got there that same afternoon, so we are grateful for that! We had a wonderful vacation and even some visiting deer. Hopefully we'll be able to return someday!
