It was a perfect house for older people. One level for those of us who don't walk well.

everything was comfortable and went smoothely. That always counts for something!

Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals excelled at making our recent trip to West Jefferson as easy as possible. We received updates regarding check in procedures, local area attractions, and checking out. We contacted BRMR one time regarding a river access question we had and received a very quick response. BRMR also sent us emails during our stay asking us if we needed anything. House was clean, and as advertised, being quiet and a little isolated. Perfect experience and we will use them again.

Lost Ridge is truly an impeccable home. The design offers amazing views from every room of the home and the decor is stunning. The home owners did not miss anything with the build, view, and design. We were able to capture a double rainbow, numerous storms, beautiful sunrises, and fog capped mountains from the living room. The home offered games to play, a record player, or peace and quiet for those longing to escape the hustle and bustle of life. The home was impeccably clean, modern, and cozy. We cannot wait to stay again.

They do a beautiful job cleaning our place in between guests and always available to take care of things. They are very responsive.

I have used Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals for years. The staff is amazing. They are customer service focused and always go above and beyond. It is hard to find any company these days that goes out of their way to make sure that you have a pleasant stay at any of the wonderful properties that they manage.

The house was a disappointment. It is in terrible need of repairs from leaks and the house needs professional landscaping care. It was just a bizarre experience. It should not be listed as a luxury home. Many of the bedrooms had no bathrooms. The furniture was so disjointed. It was not anything organized. It looked like it came from the sale rack at HomeGoodsIt was a very strange property the Internet did reflect. Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals handled my complaints quickly and took care of everything but there’s not much you could do to fix this property.

Blue Ridge Rentals never disappoints! The homes are always nice and clean and fully stocked!

The house is very well maintained

It was really expensive for a basic cabin like this one, nothing for kids as far as games, no fire pit, no hot tub , no tvs in the rooms, it was just veryyyy basic compared to all the other cabins we usually get for the same price. Very disappointed the lights in the bedroom didn’t even work so the kids had to sleep in pitch black all night because of this.

Staff was very helpful with any questions we had and responded quickly.

This particular rental was very unkept outside. The fire pit was completely inaccessible. This property was also not pet/child friendly considering there was not room outside without being so close to a drop off that was not fenced. The driveway even with a 4wd vehicle was not practical and Tiffany from management was very rude and not considerate when we were concerned about our families safety. The tv did not work in the master bedroom. The inside of the cabin was very nice, but much smaller than the photos looked. We would not stay here again or recommend this property to anyone.

What a beautiful place! Out of the way and in such a beautiful location, but didn't feel completely disconnected from the world. Boone and Banner Elk both about 25 minutes away, and plenty to access even closer if we needed it. The house was so nice and so big. That deck was the main attraction though, wow!

The cabin was gorgeous but bed in 2nd master was almost on the floor. Should be a bit higher bed frame. The walk in showers had no handicap bars a seat would of been nice also. Being on a walker the bed and shower presented me problems. Beautiful living room but being so open acoustics echoed and when watching TV I could hear the balls being played and hard to hear tv.

Livin' Lodge at Eagles Nest is an amazing mountain house. So well appointed, so comfortable, every amenity imaginable, and the views - WOW! We had an older member of our family with us and having the second bedroom on the main level was key! Our dog loved the treats and fenced yard. The owners thought of so much for her as a guest! Blue Ridge Rentals was awesome to work with - from booking to changes to making sure the house was clean when we got there. Top notch!

We enjoyed our stay at On the River and would return again. Although there were a couple of minor improvements that could be made, such as the quality of the mattresses and pillows in our cabin, overall we were pleased with our experience.
