We loved the home we rented, with such a gorgeous view and beautiful grounds. Blue Ridge rentals responded to every question we had, in a timely manner, during the complete rental process. We really enjoyed our stay and the area was beautiful with lots of things to do. We also liked sitting on the spacious porch and visiting with our family from Florida. The only drawback was that the kitchen was very small. The other thing was that the cottage was SO very musty smelling.

wonderful mountain rental. this was our 2nd time here in 2 years. everything about this place is amazing but one; streaming tv. totally aggravating to try to work. i don’t stream at home so maybe it’s my fault i don’t understand. i was so over it that i had you maintenance man stop by to help. he barely knew more than me and wasn’t very helpful. missed all sports games we wanted to see. from now on i’ll make sure property has regular cable or i’ll go somewhere else. like i said everything else about this property is awesome!!!

Beautiful and clean

We did not make reservations earlier and were fortunate that there was an opening. On short notice, BRMR provided us with all the info we needed. It rained most of the time but what a delight to just sit by the fire and gaze out the large wall of windows. This cabin is a wonderful alternative to hotels especially if you have children. It is clean, neat and beautifully decorated.

We stayed at Homestead Hideaway. We like that the place was very clean and well appointed. Anything you could have needed in the kitchen was there.There were two things that really bothered me. We rented a 3 bedroom house because we like having company. The handle of the shower fell off at the start of the 2nd week. It wasn’t fixed until just before we left to come home and was a huge imposition for our guests to have to come upstairs and shower. They had to walk up steps and take all their clothes. The thing that bothered me most was that the bedrooms didn’t have window treatments so you felt exposed even know you were mostly hidden in the woods. Also it let the light come in very early in the morning. I called twice about that and was told it would be taken care of but it never was.We were there for 5 weeks so it was very annoying. Other than that we were mostly pleased.

Friendly staff, really nice, clean, well stocked cabin. Vacation went well, plan to return.

The company seems very solid so far as staying in contact and reaching out about any outstanding needs. Our logistics were seamless thanks to their multifaceted communication. The property we stayed at left a lot to be desired. The carpet in most of the house was a bit sticky and we noticed that it turned our white socks very dark black after a very short time.

Very efficient and informative with info pertaining to the cabin, including directions to the cabin, the locking mechanisms, trash procedures, what’s included as far as provisions and responded immediately with questions we had once we were there. And the cabin was spotless and very well equipped.

Our rental house was clean and well-equipped. We loved the location and the quiet neighborhood. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and simple.

For the most part the cabin was very clean except for the rug in the living area - it was full of pet urine stains . I know it’s a dog friendly rental, but at least keep a clean rug in the den or no rug at all!

This is a beautiful house, we had a great time there. The views are outstanding from both the front and back decks. The only issue my husband and I really had was that the mattress in the primary bedroom was too firm for us. But that is our personal preference, the mattress may well be perfect for others. Overall, we had an outstanding experience and will be back.

Responsive staff

The property Antler Trail Lodge was just stunning. The set up with necessities was perfect (toiletries,kitchen essentials) it was all there. The only time we left the property was to attend my daughter’s beautiful wedding. We will definitely be back again.

Blue Ridge was very helpful in everything we needed fixed.
