Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals

We really enjoyed our relaxing stay at this charming home. It has a lot of character and is nicely appointed, very clean and very comfortable. The home has a lovely view of the winding New River, and it was a thrill to see an eagle flying along the river below us. Our dog had a great time too. She enjoyed roaming the nice flat yard in front of the house. We sincerely appreciate the owner for creating a very nice vacation rental experience.

The house was beautiful - had everything we needed and more! Communication was fantastic for making the reservation, and leading up to our arrival - as well as the departure expectations. The only issue with the house was that the wifi was incredibly slow - which made the tvs even slower. Would have been nice to have a driving map of the community - the map on the website doesnt have street names, so we had no idea where we were or which direction anything was.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room for us to spread out or come together. Comfortable beds and large kitchen for preparing meals. We utilized the grill one evening to cook our steaks. Two separate living areas if our group of 10 wanted to divide up. This home would be great for families.

Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals provided us with a great rental home and they were very thorough with keeping me updated with check-in and check-out procedures, detailed directions to the house, and even provided assistance with a glitch with the door code. Overall, a very professional, courteous company and we look forward to going back!

Communication was quick and great. BRMR was very easy to deal with and the welcome packet explained everything.

The home was not clean. Mold on the leather couches. Dog hair everywhere. Dirt in shower on floor.

Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals is the only rental agency we use for our Vacation Rentals in the Boone/Blowing Rock/Banner Elk areas. We recently stayed at Lilly’s Mountain Escape in Banner Elk. We had a few issues with Ice Maker not working and broken toaster. BRMR responded quickly, unfortunately, they weren’t able to resolve the issue, due to what we believed was the homeowner’s responsibility. Only suggestion is that we believe the homeowner needs to update non-working appliances. Trash pickup was an issue also of which we found a local trash dumpster/recycling site to dispose of our trash. BRMR did send their garbage team to pickup before we left, which we appreciate especially since we stayed for 2 weeks. The home was extremely clean, comfortable and convenient to downtown Banner Elk restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. We would recommend this vacation rental!

We come to Trillium every year in September for our anniversary. It never disappoints. So much to do around the area, great restaurants and the cabin is very secluded. We have been staying in these cabins since 2015, and will continue to come as long as we can.

Blueridge was very helpful during our stay,the cabin was nice but there were a number of things not set up for us and someone was sent out,they were very helpful and very professional.

Need some outdoor seating for the deck. Only had chairs that belonged to a cafe table. The “couch” in the sitting area was horrible. Consisted of 4 foot stools lined up side by side.

We have used Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals 3 different times now - all different houses at different times of year. They are so great to work with. The houses are lovely and clean and well stocked. But, the best part is the way they communicate. They give you complete details, check in to make sure everything is going well, text updates and even help find you discounts. We will use them every time we go to the mountains.

The home was fantastic. Plenty of space, beautiful views. Getting to the home was a bit tough, but it was noted in the description. We will be looking to stay here in the future!

First of all, Amazing customer service! The property was gorgeous with view of tennis court, apple tree, and a family of deer who made their appearance every morning and every afternoon! The accommodations were comfortable and homey; we had everything we needed!
