Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals

We plan a girls’ weekend each year and have rented from Blue Ridge previously. This year we rented Adirondack in Boone. The rental company communicated with us throughout the entire process and kept us updated following hurricane Helene. We had several issues with the cleanliness of the house, the condition of the furniture and the pots and pans in the kitchen. Blue Ridge responded to all our concerns even after we returned home. I would definitely rent with them again although not this particular property.

It was a really clean home plenty of space for our entire family and a great time!

The house was great, however when I arrived the hot tub had not been serviced there was a nasty ring in the hot tub where it had not been cleaned. I had to reach out and have them service the tub and it was quickly addressed. I feel it should have been cleaned and ready for my stay considering the nightly rate I paid. Also, the dryer doesn't work and I was left with wet laundry i had to deal with. Again reached out but the issue was never resolved during my stay which was disappointing at least a phone call saying I'm sorry for any inconvenience would have been nice and considerate.

We had a great visit and loved where we stayed! Highly recommend!

The company was amazing with keeping us up to date about the damage by the storm. We were worried we were going to have to cancel. Luckily, they put so many things in place in the 3 week time period. We were happy to come up to Blowing Rock to help their businesses.

Wow! The beauty of the Sunset Ridge pictures made me choose this for my first visit to Eagles Nest. Even with those high expectations, the comfort and peacefulness of being in this home were even better than expected. The pictures truly don’t do it justice. If you are looking for an unforgettable getaway with family or friends, you must check this place out. Watching a breathtaking sunset from the privacy of the glorious hot tub was a memory we will cherish forever. The convenience of being so close to the winery was a special treat as well. I know it’s for sale - wish I could buy it! Hopefully we can rent it again in the future.

House was beautiful and plenty of room for 3 couples. Great location. Had a few questions about the house itself and travel since the area was impacted by the storm. I called, and left several messages, and emailed my questions but never got a response back. I think the customer experience can be improved.

We have been booking cabins with Blue Ridge for many years. This was our 2nd stay at Grandfather Vistas in the last 3 years. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with company from out of state. Communications were great. Left us a very nice gift bag upon arrival. Look forward to booking again soon.

Great job by environmental staff having it clean and ready. Was as advertised, no surprises. Helpful info available for non locals to get the most out of being there. Had a couple communication issues. Would do again when I can afford it.

Quality Rentals with Great Communication We have rented from Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals several times. They offer a large selection of quality properties throughout the Blue Ridge Mountains. Their website is very user friendly with many pictures of the properties, and the communication is great. Our latest rental in late October 2024, Bailey's Creek Lodge, was spectacular. Not only was the property/house beautiful, but it was spotlessly clean, and they provided toiletries and a gift bag for us, which was a very nice touch. When shopping on the site for a place, the offerings look fabulous ~ our experience is that when you get there, it's even better than you imagined. Great company!

This was a very nice cabin to rent. Very close to Boone and Banner Elk. The outdoor decks were very pleasant to sit and view. The house is not completely secluded, although you have plenty of privacy. I would recommend this property if you’re looking for a cabin, not too far out of town.

Cabin was seculded so while not to far from necessities like gas and groceries it was very nice to feel isolated in mountains and woods. Despite rural location, has all amenities of home. Recommend arriving in daylight to navigate the mountain roads. Best if in a truck or AWD vehicle.

Booked our 6th reservation with blueridge rentals and the home had a few issues but the team did what they could to resolve the problems to make our stay better. I would still rate them 5 star even though their attention to detail this time wasn't 100 percent. The home wifi password was changed by maintenance but management didn't update it on the welcome email and the office still had the old password. The power also went out during our stay and we notified management and they stated they would keep us informed. The power was restored within 2 hours and we never heard back from anyone? They have alot of properties to handle and I can't expect 5 star service every time.

This is our third time renting, and will continue renting through BRM Rentals. Places have always been very clean, and easy booking process. I’ve even referred one of my partners who now has a rental booked for November.
