Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals

Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals is our favorite place to rent our vacation mountain houses. BRMRs has great customer service and are easy to reach if we need anything during our stay.

We absolutely loved the home! Our top favorite out of all the homes we’ve stayed in at BRMC over the last 5 years. It was spacious for our large party but yet still provided a closeness. The home had all things that you would need during a stay. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with the communications with blue ridge mountain rentals as there were discrepancies with information and documents shared regarding use of ATV on the BRMC property. In previous years, we have always been allowed to bring our ATVs to ride the advertised trails in the mountain club. We learned of the recent changes in BRMC’s policy as we were walking in the home. The documents and signed agreements sent at booking near 6 months prior to our stay were different than what was sent just 2 days prior to our reservation. While the rental staff were pleasant there is much disappointment in how all was handled which is leading us to likely never stay at BRMC again in our blowing rock visits. Many opportunities for the changes to the rental company listings.

The cabin greatly exceeded our expectations. We are 1st time BRMR users and we have already booked to stay again 4 months from now.

The house was WONDERFUL. Well equipped kitchen, spacious living area. Could use a few dimmer switches for the lights rather than all or nothing, especially on the back porch. Multiple directions sent from the realtor were confusing. NOT at all happy with the road conditions per directions sent to us the day of travel. Eagles Nest could have better street lighting and house lighting.

My stay was very enjoyable for me and my friends. The communication was great between me and blueridge as well. When my cabin needed to change because of the hurricane they quickly found me other options. Loved my stay! Kinda wished check-in was earlier though.

We had a pleasant stay at cabin. The customer service was great — the team was responsive and helpful, even though the hot tub wasn’t working during our stay. The cabin itself was clean and well-maintained, with all the essentials needed for meal prep. The beds were comfortable, ensuring we had a restful sleep. While the hot tub issue was a bit disappointing, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. We’d consider staying here again!

Communication was so easy. We arrived a little late and the entry code didn’t work but we were able to reach someone immediately and the situation was resolved. Had a smoke detector that started beeping but was able to reach staff (Amy) quickly. Maintenance quickly fixed it. Everyone in your organization is very kind and super helpful. 5 stars!!!!! We had a delightful experience renting with Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals. Google Maps sent us through a private street. That was our mistake. BRMR provided turn-by-turn instructions that we decided to ignore. After finding our way to the property, we found a cozy, well-maintained cabin that met our expectations. If you are looking of for a place to retreat or focus, this is the right place. The cabin and the area are very dark and there is not a single noise to be heard at night. We cooked our own food. We found all the needed cookware in the kitchen. We only had to wash the blender thoroughly as it was clear that nobody had used it in a long time. Our dog and cat enjoyed the property too. Our dog enjoyed promenades on the grounds. The cabin had lots of hideaways for the cat. We do appreciate that the property accepted cats. It is very hard to find properties that do. If darkness and silence is not for you, the cabin has a fast, reliable, Internet connection that you can use to catch up on your favorite TV series. We decided to bring our own Fire TV box. This is much less hassle that having to log on for each service in the provided Roku TVs. The cabin is a short drive away from Blowing Rock. We enjoyed shopping and fine dining there. The drive to and back to the cabin is quite a treat. You get magnificent views of the Blue Ridge mountains, especially at dusk and dawn.

The cabin was in a convenient, yet peaceful location. It was very clean and we loved using the pavilion at the front of the neighborhood. The accommodations were perfect for our group of 8. The kitchen was large and spacious. The best of all was the incredible views off the back deck! Breathtaking! We loved exploring Lenoir for the first time!

Loved the location and the home . We had an issue with yard maintenance coming over walking in yard , making a lot of noise so to out any notice . House was pretty try clean. Floors needed a good cleaning . Placemats were dirty. Little things but they add up. Overall we had a wonderful time .

We had a great experience with Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals. They were so responsive and very accommodating. We inquired about adding a day to our trip and the turn around and confirmation was immediate. Very professional agency!

From the beginning till even during our stay Mickie was extremely helpful. We originally were able to cancel because of the hurricane. So she was very helpful during that time. Answer all of our questions. That’s why we rebooked when everything was OK. There was 20 of us and everybody was extremely happy. The property that we stayed at was called the lodge five star house. The owners have done a great job with decorating and taking care of it. Thanks to everyone. We’ve been using your company for years for our rentals and every time has been great. Thank you, thank you thank you and we will see you in 2025.

Great location, home was quite large, would be great for 2 families. The home is a touch dated and could use some updating. Downstairs more so than upstairs. Kitchen was good and parking was abundant.

Beautiful mountain home. Love the decor and vibe. Great price for what you get compared to other rentals. The drive in wasn’t as treacherous as others so that was much appreciated for a city girl like me. Close to town. Only wish there was more grass for dogs to go to the bathroom. The little grassy area was on an incline so it was a little tough to take 2 dogs out all the time. Loved the ping pong area!
