What a breath of fresh air

What a breath of fresh air! Whenever I have a query or problem I never go direct to my energy supplier (British Gas Lite) I come straight to Customer Services at Black Sheep and they do all the hard work for me; they even chase the company if they don't get back within a certain time. Also, when you call Customer Service you don't get pushed from pillar to post, the person who greets you on the telephone deals with your query - again, what a breath of fresh air. I have been dealing with a very professional and courtesy lady called Malika Boostani and every time I contact her she is straight onto it and doesn't stop until the issue is resolved. My work colleague was looking to swap suppliers and I did not hesitate to recommend BSU. Well done guys, I won't be going anywhere for a long time.

Never use this company

I would give minus 10 stars if possible. They are rude, arrogant, pushy and condescending. They demand information re who you are, your role in the office, your level of responsibility and say they 'need' you to sign their permission form! When asked not to ring again they say they definitely will ring again. If they were the only energy broker in existence we would never use them. I find it hard to believe that there are still companies who haven't moved on from these very outdated attitudes. In the last 20 years most companies have moved to a model of customer service which involves politeness and good manners. The staff at this company have no concept of even the most basic manners and I can only assume that rudeness is part of their training.

Harassing and pushy

Harassing and pushy. I said to call back next September as that is when I will review contracts. He wouldn’t take this for an answer. Very rude. Certainly won’t be looking to do business with them when the time does come around.

Relentless Calls!

These people relentlessly call your business, even when you repeatedly ask them not to. I blocked their number and they still managed to get through again on a seperate number! I realise that the nature of their business involves sales pitch type calls but I have never known any single company to phone so incessantly as this one has. Enough to feel the need to write a review!

Issue Resolved

Have used Black Sheep for many Years. Never had an issue until last Electric Renewal which we did with Pozitive Energy. Tried taking way over our usage so got back on to Black Sheep to Resolve. Josh Broster took on the case and after many hours and a lot of hard work we seem to have a really good out come for our company

Excellent Service

Dealt with Black Sheep for a number of years now. Mostly with a lady called Grace and more recently with Malika. I have always received excellent service. They are able to deal with my requests quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Black Sheep Utilities.

Although Black Sheep as a Company can be quite pushy, when you have a problem they jump straight on it. Jasmine Langridge was particularly good today in sorting out a missing invoice from a new electricity contract

Speedy Action from Malika - cannot thank her enough

I have contacted the Customers Service due to some delay of the receipt of British Gas invoices for our electricity. Malika Boostani took over from her colleague regarding my request to investigate why we have not received our invoices since July 2023 and in less than one week, it has been sorted! I cannot thank Malika enough, as I received all the invoices for our electricity before our year-end next month!

Josh provides brilliant customer service!

Josh, our company's Customer Service Manager, responded very quickly to all my queries and went on to search billing information from my previous suppliers that would have been all but impossible to find for someone with less patience and knowledge as Josh. He then went on to collate this information on an easy to use and accessible spreadsheet, while constantly keeping me updated with the progress in finding the information required from the less than helpful previous suppliers. I can wholeheartedly recommend Josh as a shining example of brilliant customer service and a credit for Black Sheep Utilities.
