Josh provides brilliant customer service!
Josh, our company's Customer Service Manager, responded very quickly to all my queries and went on to search billing information from my previous suppliers that would have been all but impossible to find for someone with less patience and knowledge as Josh. He then went on to collate this information on an easy to use and accessible spreadsheet, while constantly keeping me updated with the progress in finding the information required from the less than helpful previous suppliers.
