Speedy Action from Malika - cannot thank her enough
I have contacted the Customers Service due to some delay of the receipt of British Gas invoices for our electricity. Malika Boostani took over from her colleague regarding my request to investigate why we have not received our invoices since July 2023 and in less than one week, it has been sorted! I cannot thank Malika enough, as I received all the invoices for our electricity before our year-end next month!
