Should have been a 2 man delivery to room of choice, but 1 man didn't bother getting out
2 man delivery to room of choice. Only one man got out of the van, the other stayed in it. When told it was a 2 man delivery, he said no and wanted help carrying items in. Very disappointed

Two man delivery on time
Just had two sofas delivered by this company after a complementary call to say they were around 30-45 minutes away. Two friendly, helpful lads arrived on time and carried them into my hallway. I didnβt need any assistance in unwrapping or assembly and had a call from their office to confirm I was happy with that arrangement. Would use company again, thanks.

Fantastic service
Had a few deliveries from this company for Dusk products and always had excellent service. Clear delivery instructions and opportunity to change delivery circumstances. The drivers communicate through email, text and WhatsApp as well as giving you a call when they are half an hour away. Products always arrived in perfect condition and care taken when leaving them.
