Two man delivery on time

Just had two sofas delivered by this company after a complementary call to say they were around 30-45 minutes away. Two friendly, helpful lads arrived on time and carried them into my hallway. I didn’t need any assistance in unwrapping or assembly and had a call from their office to confirm I was happy with that arrangement. Would use company again, thanks.

Very friendly and helpful Live Chat

Ive ordered a few things from Pets at home online for home delivery with no problems. Yesterday i ordered an item that i wanted next day but chose the wrong delivery date, i contacted the live chat for the first time and Frankie found a solution for me straight away, so helpful. I came back today on the live chat and my refund was dealt with straight away from an equally friendly Saima, i would definitely recommend Pets at Home, many thanks.
