I am having great difficulty trying to cancel auto-renewal of a Premium VPN subscription with Bitdefender. Bitdefender want to renew at 100% rate when online they are advertising a 50% discount!!! Their "Contact Us" link constantly times out. What to do?
Had them for 5 years. The best protection, I have never had any PC issue and im online all the time. BUTTT last year, a staff use my debit card to purchase $400 of sport betting. Thank GOD my bank USAA blocked them for suspicious activity I wont be using them anymore since they are now $80 a year and the staff are thieves and NORTON 360 has a promotion for 15usd a year... yeah no brainer

An abomination of a company. Took nearly £1000 from my bank after having not agreed to resubscribe and are trying there best not to pay me back. Very cleverly done through a third party payment system to try take you over the 30 days refund time. Avoid at all costs will be posting email screenshots asap

Kündigung von Abos unheimlich kompliziert, die im FAQ angegebenen Wege funktionieren nicht bzw. werden im Konto gar nicht angezeigt. Dann im Kundenservice gekündigt, es wird per Mail bestätigt. Aber in Konto wird Abo immer noch als laufend angezeigt. Kündigungsprozess immer noch im Gange. Schrecklich und frustrierend!

Ich nutze den Bitdefender seit ein paar Jahren und bin im Grunde sehr zufrieden. Was ich überhaupt nicht gut finde ist, dass ich mit meinem Premium Plus account zwar 10 Geräte schützen kann aber meine Frau und Kinder den Passwordmanager nicht nutzen können weil in dem Abo kein shared plan enthalten ist. Der würde nochmal 40€ kosten obwohl ja eigentlich ein Passwortmanager im Plus Programm enthalten ist. Das all-in-one Paket hat offenbar nicht alles all in. Ich hielte es für fair wenn man als plus account Abonent den shared plan für 20€ hinzubuchen könnte.

I'm one of those that had no choice but find another provider for my device security. I was a Kaspersky customer for the last 5 years with no issues. I had the full package Anti virus, password manager and VPN. After researching what was out there I settled on Bitdefender. So far thier anti virus/malware portion seems to do the trick. Thier password manager and VPN leave much to be desired. The VPN can be a noticeable drag on bandwidth, at times dropping speed by 50%. I've also had problems logging into websites or getting to websites until I turned the VPN off. As far as the password manager it's just lacking. Doesn't fill Android App credentials and if it's capable it's just not seemless. It also is very limited in the browser's it works with. I use Brave which is not supported. So far I've gone to Bitwarden for my password manager, I'm still researching VPN's. I would say if your looking for Anti-Malware, it serves the purpose but as an all in one solution for password manager and VPN, look elsewhere.
