I am having great difficulty trying to cancel auto-renewal of a Premium VPN subscription with Bitdefender. Bitdefender want to renew at 100% rate when online they are advertising a 50% discount!!! Their "Contact Us" link constantly times out. What to do?
Had them for 5 years. The best protection, I have never had any PC issue and im online all the time. BUTTT last year, a staff use my debit card to purchase $400 of sport betting. Thank GOD my bank USAA blocked them for suspicious activity I wont be using them anymore since they are now $80 a year and the staff are thieves and NORTON 360 has a promotion for 15usd a year... yeah no brainer

Before I commit to ANY Internet purchase, THE very first thing I do is to look at how to turn off auto-renewal. I'm a believer in Steven Covey's "[7th] Habit of Highly Effective people." And what was that 7th Habit? Start from the ending and work backwards to the beginning. How does that relate to Bitdefender? Look at their cancellation policy BEFORE you commit. THEY MAKE IT EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO TURN OFF AUTO-RENEW. The travesty is that this is a pretty decent company when it comes to defending your computer. Do your research FIRST. I suggest you do a search on "Bitdefender" "turning off auto renewal" Lots and lots of disgruntled customers out there ... AND THEY MOST DEFINITELY REQUIRE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. The only thing that saved me was that I bought the AV software at Best Buy and was therefore able to side-step the required credit card information to initiate the program. Be careful with this company.

In the past every time i had some issue with their programs their customer service helped me resolve it very quickly. And yes it is true their softwares are not the cheapest on the market but the level of their security measures are outstanding.

A good antivirus for some decent cash I love this antivirus so much the price is a bit hefty but the protection it provides overall to devices is excellent. Maybe even the best sense of the Kaspersky ban. So if you want the best of the best go with Bidefender!
Das Abo zu kündigen ist außerordentlich schwierig und langwierig. Habe es bereits im letzten Jahr gekündigt, aber keine Bestätigung erhalten. In diesem Jahr haben sie wieder Geld abgebucht. Den Kundenservice erreicht man nur sehr schwer und dieser ist außerordentlich unfreundlich. Legen auch einfach während des Gespräches auf, obwohl ich noch immer freundlich war. Das Geld ist jetzt das 2. Jahr weg ohne Leistung aber jetzt konnte ich das Abo endlich kündigen. Ich finde dieses Geschäftsgebaren außerordentlich unseriös.
