I am having great difficulty trying to cancel auto-renewal of a Premium VPN subscription with Bitdefender.
Bitdefender want to renew at 100% rate when online they are advertising a 50% discount!!!
Their "Contact Us" link constantly times out.
What to do?
Had them for 5 years. The best protection, I have never had any PC issue and im online all the time. BUTTT last year, a staff use my debit card to purchase $400 of sport betting. Thank GOD my bank USAA blocked them for suspicious activity
I wont be using them anymore since they are now $80 a year and the staff are thieves and NORTON 360 has a promotion for 15usd a year... yeah no brainer
Don't believe there 30 day refund policy if your not happy as they will not reply to your emails and if you go on there 24/7 chat they will just keep saying we have passed your info to there dept.

Suite à fin de l abonnement et suppression du programme.
Mes 2 ordi voyaient ma box. Mais ne pouvait plus se connecter
J ai du réinitialiser et réinstaller windows!!!
They are willing to take time to research a problem. it happened to not be Bitdefender's problem, but he took time to research and help me understand what i needed to do.
While renewing my subscription with an upgraded service, the AI Bot said certain things would happen. Not so. Luckily, Alin reviewed the Bot Chat and found an error and contacted me immediately. All was straightened out; or so I thought. I kept getting renewal messages and decided to check into what my subscriptions showed. There was another "error". I pulled back up my email correspondence with Alin and explained my concern. The problem was immediately taken care of. You may wonder why I gave Bitdefender a 5* review. Yes - there were some billing and website concerns, but everything was handled quickly, efficiently and professionally by Alin. In the website world, a simple-in-the-mind task can get sorely twisted with not-what-expected results. It happens. But Bitdefender and Alin corrected problems.
As far as Bitdefender "the product" goes - I've been a customer for at least ten years now and can say with confidence, my devices have been protected and I am immediately "warned" or "made aware" of potential breaches.
Habe versucht das Abo zu kündigen und habe gemerkt, dass das unglaublich erschwert ist. Wenn Du nach Kündigungsinfos im Netz suchst ist alles voll mit nutzlosen in die Irre führenden Infos von Bitdefender. Ich habe dann zu einer online-Kündigungslösung gegriffen. Für wenige Euro hat ein Anwalt das für mich erledigt. Ich habe "volders" benutzt.

I made a mistake, I contacted Bitdefender Central, explained what I did and attached a shot of the blocked site that I accidentally allowed. I have used Bitdefender for several years with no problems, I never really had to do any thing with it but, when a situation arrived the people were there to help.
