I am having great difficulty trying to cancel auto-renewal of a Premium VPN subscription with Bitdefender.
Bitdefender want to renew at 100% rate when online they are advertising a 50% discount!!!
Their "Contact Us" link constantly times out.
What to do?
Had them for 5 years. The best protection, I have never had any PC issue and im online all the time. BUTTT last year, a staff use my debit card to purchase $400 of sport betting. Thank GOD my bank USAA blocked them for suspicious activity
I wont be using them anymore since they are now $80 a year and the staff are thieves and NORTON 360 has a promotion for 15usd a year... yeah no brainer
As a long time happy customer and user of Bitdefender apps, I faced a rather complex technical issue with Bitdefender VPN std. edition and contacted with Customer Support, they enrolled quite fast and professionally on trying their best to resolve
Obsługa klienta nie rozumie co się do niej pisze, jakby po drugiej stronie na maile odpowiadał bot, ale na odpowiedzi trzeba czekać po kilka dni, które nie wnoszą zupełnie nic do całej sprawy. Produkt usunął mi ważne elementy kopii zapasowej podczas skanu i nie możne przywrócić usuniętych elementów z kwarantanny, przez błąd w antywirusie.

Verwirrendes Spiel mit dem Kunden, habe vor einem Jahr 44,00 € bezahlt, habe plötzlich ein ABO und mir wurden 84,-€ abgezogen/abgezockt. Nun gut ABO hin/her, aber plötzlich das Doppelte bezahlen?? Was ist an diesem Anbieter seriös ? Auch habe ich nach paar Tagen einen anderen genutzt, weil ich unzufrieden war!! Nun nach einem Jahr erfahre ich, dass ich es hätte stornieren können. Wenn man versucht diesen Anbieter zu kontaktieren, hat man plötzlich keine Internetverbindung mehr und wenn man den Anbieter anschreiben möchten, sind alle Kennwörter falsch und man muss ein neues beantragen und wenn man alles erledigt hat und diese Fake-ABO gekündigt ha, bekommt man nicht einmal eine Bestätigungs-Email und wenn man hier schreibt bekommt man nur diese Fake-Links und alles geht von vorne los. Ich kann von diesem Anbieter nur abraten.
1) Sinds ik bitdefinder gebruik, krijg ik allemaal spam op mijn Hotmail account, emails over casino bitcoins etc. Had ik nooit ontvangen. Ook als rapporteer ik alle e-mails blijf ik ze ontvangen.
2) Nadat ik mijn accounts had gescand, had ik op mijn Hotmail geen lekken. Maar op mijn Gmail account waren data lekken gevonden en ik moet wachtwoord wijzigen. Ik herken deze helemaal niet?

The customer services is phenomenal . It prompt and just one contact by phone or chat then it fix .
I have a hiccups for everytime renewal my subscription due to my email changed or buy activate code and put in old email...I reported then support staff quickly find out then fix them smoothly although I just contact one time only.
Getting in touch with Tech support was easy and I was able to schedule a time convenient to me. Simona M was VERY knowledgeable and able to fix my problem in a timely manner.
