I am having great difficulty trying to cancel auto-renewal of a Premium VPN subscription with Bitdefender. Bitdefender want to renew at 100% rate when online they are advertising a 50% discount!!! Their "Contact Us" link constantly times out. What to do?
Had them for 5 years. The best protection, I have never had any PC issue and im online all the time. BUTTT last year, a staff use my debit card to purchase $400 of sport betting. Thank GOD my bank USAA blocked them for suspicious activity I wont be using them anymore since they are now $80 a year and the staff are thieves and NORTON 360 has a promotion for 15usd a year... yeah no brainer

call my company phishing without any justification. support ticket: no answer, just that they still consider it to be phishing. that's illegal.

Certaines personnes critiquent en disant que Bitdefender sont des voleurs, avec leurs abonnement automatique,accusations graves qui pourraient même être condamnables en justice. Pour désactiver l'abonnement automatique Il faut simplement le désactiver sur votre compte Bitdefender.

Ich hatte auf meinem Windows 1064 Bit Laptop 3 Viren: Trojan.Gen.2, Trojan.Clop.exe und Cyborg.Zeus.zip Bitdefender hat KEINS von den 3 Viren erkannt, geschweige denn entfernt. Totalausfall. Ich war gezwungen Windows 10 neu zu installieren unter Verlust aller persönlichen Programme und Daten. Das Tool versagt wenn man es wirklich mal braucht. Wie eine Versicherung die im Schadenfall doch nicht zahlt. Hände weg. Rausgeschmissenes Geld. Ersatz wurde verweigert. Nie wieder !

Die Fa. Bitdefender verlängert ein Abo, ohne Meine Zustimmung. Trotz mehrfacher Versuche kann ich über die Internetseite der Fa. Bitdefender keine Rückerstattung beantragen. Aus meiner Sicht ist das Betrug, den ich zur Anzeige bringen werden

I paid for a years subscription for the Bitdefender Digital Identity Protection. All this does is send you emais sbout stuff that is in news anyway. Plus email says that Bitdefender ran some test and no threats yo my identity. Yet there has been a major threat to myself and millions of others via an airline Qantas. Qantas has confirmed digital info has been hacked, yet Bitdefender Digital Identity doesnt even know about the threat. Useless waste of money, don't bother with it.
