Adolphus Hughes from Circa Service was a great communicator and showed up when promised. He was excellent at explaining the service and was very attentive when he asked what problems I was having. He finished the job promptly and made sure to explain what he did and made sure I understood what was done. He was a great ambassador to his company and the warranty service.

At first I was skeptical because when I first called about my leak, I was told that I had to determine where the leak was coming from. I called my water company and they said the leak was definitely inside my house. Then, I called AWR back to report that it was inside my house, and then they created a claim. I had to follow the process, which I didn't quite understand at first. However, after saying all that, AWR is the Best warranty I've ever had. "They say what they mean and they mean what they say!" I only had to pay $50 for the service call and the company they sent (High Priority Plumbing) was the best service ever! I had to mention High Priority as well, because they were very professional, efficient and very knowledgeable in finding and fixing my leak. I would highly recommend this service to everyone and I already have mentioned it to all my family members, as well as close friends! AWR is the warranty to have for plumbing, sewer, etc. and I'm so glad I got it!!!! Thanks so much AWR and High Priority Plumbing!

The crew was incredibly diligent and hardworking. Their main focus was to get the job done right, and they gave it their all from start to finish. I was truly impressed by their dedication—they didn’t even take a lunch break because they were so committed to completing the work. The only downside was the cleanup and that the sewer cap was accidentally left off afterward. Other than that, I really appreciate their effort, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
