I want to heavily recommend using Audley

I want to heavily recommend using Audley Travel. My step-father and I used their service for a trip to New Zealand and neither of us could commend this company enough. We were connected with a great women, Keila, who was so incredibly insightful and helpful in our planning. It was extremely comforting knowing that our trip was in the hands of someone so bright. Everything worked out perfectly for us. The trip ended up being my favorite trip of my life because of her help. My step-dad texted me a couple of days ago about the trip and he was so grateful. He was still in awe a week after we returned home. Anyways, I loved the trip that Audley gave us and all of the insights that helped us along the way.

A bucket list trip to Canada

We contacted Zac last year to enquire about a trip to Canada . We had teams/zoom discussions to share ideas about what we would like to do . Zac listened to us and got it spot on! Zac created our itinerary, which included a detailed step by step guide to where to be when … absolutely brilliant , thank you Zac, everything was just perfect !

We have just booked our dream holiday…

We have just booked our dream holiday to visit Alaska, take the Rocky Mountaineer train and do a cruise. Leo has been amazing as a travel advisor and has expert knowledge in this field to guide us and has taken lots of time to tailor our trip to ensure we have the best experience. The itinerary looks incredible ... I felt he genuinely cares in making sure he helps to create our trip of a lifetime! We can't wait to go next year and would highly recommend Audley Travel and Leo for the Canada region.

Let’s get started on trip three…

This is our second time using Audley to help us navigate a wonderful vacation. Last year we enjoyed Canada, this year we tipped our toes into Europe, and headed to Ireland! Lydia was exceptional! We have two older girls and are an active family who loves to enjoy the outside and dine! She helped us balance both of those requests seamlessly. We kayaked by castles, walked the Cliffs of Moher, walked to waterfalls, biked through Dublin, and never stopped smiling at the beauty around us! Once we were ready to relax we had reservations for dinner and each place was unique and delicious! Thank you Lydia for helping to make our dream holiday a reality!

A TRAVEL AGENCY THERE WHEN YOU NEED THEM

As a well traveled individual, I don't normally use a travel agency, but boy am I glad I used Audley. My travel companion and I booked a trip to Vietnam we decided to use an agency because of the language barrier. We were booked at a beautiful 5 star resort and our 1st day there my friend fell at the resort and fractured her hip. We knew we need to get her back to the states the problem was coordinating our health and travel insurance. Audley immediately had their people there and their duty officer in Boston working to facilitate her being evacuated to a level 4 hospital. Audley was beyond fantastic, they were in communication with the entire time. Luckily we were able to air ambulance her to Bangkok International Hospital within 72 hours of her hospitalization. Unfortunately they would not allow me on the ambulance and I was super concerned she would not have anyone with her in Bangkok. But Audley made sure one of their agents meet her at the hospital. We had a 10 person e-mail chain that continued until she made it home to Los Angeles. I have never seen a travel agency do as much as Audley. I will only be using them in the future. In fact I have already started the process to secure a trip to Thailand for November 2024 with Audley ( we are calling it our revenge tour, LOL).

Audley Travel…

My wife and I just completed our 5th tour with Audley Travel, this time to India. And, as with our previous tours, everything was perfect: outstanding hotels, great guides and drivers, fantastic itineraries specifically tailored to our interests. If you are thinking of traveling to India, and you should, look no further than Audley. Speak with Zac Pardee and Niall Causer and feel confident that you are in great hands. Mexico trip

A wonderful trip to Mexico organised at short notice by Audley who managed to fit in all the sights we wanted to see in a tight schedule. Great choice of hotels and recommended restaurants as well. Phoebe was friendly, responsive and helpful through the booking process as well as during our travel.

Expertly Organised Safari

Audley organised our family of 5 to go on safari to Kenya and beach in Zanzibar. The holiday itself was unbelievable, a true trip of a lifetime. The accommodations were expertly picked to suit all our needs, which included a 6yr old. We had a total of 6 flights which they ensured were comfortable by organising transfers and communicating everything expertly. The regular check-ins with our agent, Theresa, meant that all the pre-travel stress was supported, ensuring all the visa admin etc was in place. They talk you through correct currencies, local cultures, tipping expectations and much more. They even check in whilst you are away to ensure everything is running smoothly… we didn’t answer because we were having too much fun but it was nice knowing they were there. I can’t wait to use them again and we’ve recommended to all our friends and family.

We travelled to Belize having always…

We travelled to Belize having always wished to visit the country. The whole package organised by Audley was seamless, and trouble free. Collected from the airport, whisked to a small landing and taken up river to a remote lodge in the jungle. From here, jungle walks knowledgeable guides, Mayan temples and structures, birds, animals, and superb lodge cooking. Taken again to another location, all attended and guided, what more could you wish for. A proper in depth review is available on request

Our best trip ever …

We recently returned from the holiday of a lifetime to New Zealand. The itinerary was put together by Becca Mason of Audley Travel and she aced it. We stayed in some amazing places in some B&Bs we could never have found on our own. It was so reassuring to have all our destinations and excursions sorted by an expert. It meant we could relax and enjoy our adventure from the day we landed in Queenstown. Huge thanks to Becca.

An amazing honeymoon to Tanzania…

We had an amazing honeymoon to Tanzania organised by Sam Horner at Audley. He really listened to what we wanted and came up with a trip of a lifetime. We loved our private guide in the Serengeti and the hotel on Zanzibar was perfect. We felt well-supported by Audley throughout. Thanks for a great honeymoon.
