I want to heavily recommend using Audley

I want to heavily recommend using Audley Travel. My step-father and I used their service for a trip to New Zealand and neither of us could commend this company enough. We were connected with a great women, Keila, who was so incredibly insightful and helpful in our planning. It was extremely comforting knowing that our trip was in the hands of someone so bright. Everything worked out perfectly for us. The trip ended up being my favorite trip of my life because of her help. My step-dad texted me a couple of days ago about the trip and he was so grateful. He was still in awe a week after we returned home. Anyways, I loved the trip that Audley gave us and all of the insights that helped us along the way.

A bucket list trip to Canada

We contacted Zac last year to enquire about a trip to Canada . We had teams/zoom discussions to share ideas about what we would like to do . Zac listened to us and got it spot on! Zac created our itinerary, which included a detailed step by step guide to where to be when … absolutely brilliant , thank you Zac, everything was just perfect !

We have just booked our dream holiday…

We have just booked our dream holiday to visit Alaska, take the Rocky Mountaineer train and do a cruise. Leo has been amazing as a travel advisor and has expert knowledge in this field to guide us and has taken lots of time to tailor our trip to ensure we have the best experience. The itinerary looks incredible ... I felt he genuinely cares in making sure he helps to create our trip of a lifetime! We can't wait to go next year and would highly recommend Audley Travel and Leo for the Canada region.

Let’s get started on trip three…

This is our second time using Audley to help us navigate a wonderful vacation. Last year we enjoyed Canada, this year we tipped our toes into Europe, and headed to Ireland! Lydia was exceptional! We have two older girls and are an active family who loves to enjoy the outside and dine! She helped us balance both of those requests seamlessly. We kayaked by castles, walked the Cliffs of Moher, walked to waterfalls, biked through Dublin, and never stopped smiling at the beauty around us! Once we were ready to relax we had reservations for dinner and each place was unique and delicious! Thank you Lydia for helping to make our dream holiday a reality!

The best road trip ever!

I was so pleased to have connected with Keisha at Audley travel. Keisha made sure that my self drive first trip to New Zealand was a trip to remember! Keisha put together a really comprehensive, seamless and jam packed itinerary together for my week on the road taking in as much of the north island as I could cram into! As a woman travelling on my own I was a little out of my comfort zone, but was very reassured by Keisha telling me that help, if I needed it, was only a phone call away. I am very pleased to say that I didn’t! Any initial doubts just disappeared as soon as I hit the road… From picking up the car at the airport and setting off south to my first stop Lake Taupo, everything ran like clockwork. Driving from place to place was a sheer joy, taking in the stunning scenery to relaxing and enjoying amazing hospitality in fabulous lodges. I can’t recommend this experience enough and I would do it again in a heartbeat! Thank you Keisha for making my NZ adventure so memorable 🙏

South Africa with Audley

My wife and I went to South Africa for 3 weeks recently. Our initial contact at Audley was Elouise, but taken on by Andy Freeman. We were very precise with our requirements and nothing was too much trouble. What was really important and helpful for us was that Elouise and Andy did not shy away from pointing out the negatives of some of our requests, offering alternatives where appropriate. This was really appreciated as someone who has never visited the country before. The quality of the accommodation was superb, one slight issue with one location was very quickly and positively dealt with by Andy. We were travelling a good deal and all pick ups and transfers were very punctual and clean. All ‘agents’ in South Africa were really friendly and polite. Trips that had been pre booked were well organised and meeting instructions clear and efficient. It was really reassuring to know that even while we were in South Africa Andy could be contacted for advice and help and he replied very promptly. ( e.g) We requested a later pick up for our hire car and this was dealt with quickly by Andy. I would thoroughly recommend Audley.

A Travel Company You Can Trust!

I am a lady of 82 years and was travelling alone to Chiang Mai Thailand to look at a Care Resort nursing home. I put my travel arrangements in their hands of Mark Robinson of Audley Travel. Nothing was too much trouble for him or his staff and they made sure I had help through the airports and Mark seemed genuinely interested in my trip and ME ! I felt I was not just a number but an individual who they wanted help as much as possible to ease any travel concerns Thank you Audley Travel you deserve the accolade! Linda van Buiten

Trip of a lifetime

Decided on a trip of a lifetime to Tanzania (safari) & Zanzibar. I’d normally make all my own arrangements but felt for a trip like this I’d see what a company like Audley could offer. From my initial inquiry I never regretted engaging them. Our contact at Audley was Scott Davenport and he was fantastic. He had exceptional knowledge of East Africa and crucially took time to listen carefully to what we wanted from the trip rather than simply prescribing an off-the-shelf holiday! The trip was every bit as good if not better than I’d hoped. We had the holiday of a lifetime and genuinely believe that Scott and Audley were a major reason for this….sun, sea, wild animals, balloon rides & margaritas helped too!

Expertly curated custom itinerary in Patagonia

We have long been planning a trip to Patagonia. After reviewing several fixed itinerary trips, we decided to speak to Audley Travel to discuss a customised itinerary. We spoke with their South America specialist Anna Reedman who took time to understand what interests us and what doesn’t, how much time we wanted to spend and our budget. From this, she produced an initial proposal which after a couple of minor tweaks was spot on. This included some places we hadn’t considered (or didn’t know about) – e.g. the Australis cruise, and choosing places to stay appropriate for the activities we wanted, for example walking in Torres del Paine national park. The important differentiator compared to other travel agencies I’ve used is that Audley design the trip around your interests using their local knowledge to best meet your requirements rather than simply being a hotel and transfer booking service. Once we finalised the itinerary, all of the arrangements were taken care of and the execution of our trip was smooth the whole way through. The trip exceeded my already high expectations. I recommend Audley to anyone planning a trip to Patagonia and we will certainly be using them again in future as there is still so much of Chile and Argentina left to see.

Audley provide an outstanding service

This is a wonderful company to deal with, their service is second to none. I had the pleasure of working with Shannon who helped me plan my trip to Borneo. She went out of her way to make sure the trip was tailored to all my bucket list dreams. I could never have put it together myself, her experience was invaluable. I definitely recommend Audley, they are the best.

Cape Town & Winelands

Another memorable family trip with Audley; our 3rd Audley trip I think. From the initial fact finding call with Arista all the way through to identification of options and itinerary finalisation, Audley offered a very personal and tailored service. Accommodation was of a high quality and local South Africa operators similarly provided a great experience. Whilst Audley is definitely a premium brand, they will always be my go to travel company for our more complex or exotic trips. Audley also showed great flexibility and customer loyalty during those difficult Covid years, which certainly can’t be said for some holiday companies.
