I want to heavily recommend using Audley

I want to heavily recommend using Audley Travel. My step-father and I used their service for a trip to New Zealand and neither of us could commend this company enough. We were connected with a great women, Keila, who was so incredibly insightful and helpful in our planning. It was extremely comforting knowing that our trip was in the hands of someone so bright. Everything worked out perfectly for us. The trip ended up being my favorite trip of my life because of her help. My step-dad texted me a couple of days ago about the trip and he was so grateful. He was still in awe a week after we returned home. Anyways, I loved the trip that Audley gave us and all of the insights that helped us along the way.

A bucket list trip to Canada

We contacted Zac last year to enquire about a trip to Canada . We had teams/zoom discussions to share ideas about what we would like to do . Zac listened to us and got it spot on! Zac created our itinerary, which included a detailed step by step guide to where to be when … absolutely brilliant , thank you Zac, everything was just perfect !

We have just booked our dream holiday…

We have just booked our dream holiday to visit Alaska, take the Rocky Mountaineer train and do a cruise. Leo has been amazing as a travel advisor and has expert knowledge in this field to guide us and has taken lots of time to tailor our trip to ensure we have the best experience. The itinerary looks incredible ... I felt he genuinely cares in making sure he helps to create our trip of a lifetime! We can't wait to go next year and would highly recommend Audley Travel and Leo for the Canada region.

Let’s get started on trip three…

This is our second time using Audley to help us navigate a wonderful vacation. Last year we enjoyed Canada, this year we tipped our toes into Europe, and headed to Ireland! Lydia was exceptional! We have two older girls and are an active family who loves to enjoy the outside and dine! She helped us balance both of those requests seamlessly. We kayaked by castles, walked the Cliffs of Moher, walked to waterfalls, biked through Dublin, and never stopped smiling at the beauty around us! Once we were ready to relax we had reservations for dinner and each place was unique and delicious! Thank you Lydia for helping to make our dream holiday a reality!

Australia February 2024

Had a great trip to Australia with a real mix of locations, activities, flights, hotels, hire cars. Jindy pulled it all together really well and the App saved carrying lots of paperwork for the trip.

Amazing Audley holiday!

Isabelle at Audley was superb and designed us the best holiday. Isabelle really listened to what we wanted and tailor made an amazing set of destinations to meet our needs. We also had some great care and attention paid along the way, with great travel advice and support. Could not be happier with our holiday or the service we received.

Stroke of brilliance

We just had the experience of working with Charlotte (as Malaysia expert) to plan a possible trip, the impetus for which was meeting up with friends at the end of their (otherwise unrelated) cruise. Due to changed circumstances that impetus subsequently no longer made sense, so we have not gone ahead with the trip after all ... but I have to mention that dealing with Charlotte had been a delight, as she was perceptive, responsive, practical, and came up with a proposal for a special excursion that was simply a stroke of brilliance.

Wonderful Experience

We have just returned from a trip to Malaysia organised by Rob Brown from Audley Travel. From the very first contact with Rob to our return, the contact and service provision has been absolutely excellent. There is not anything we could have added to improve the trip as every single thing went to plan. After a telephone conversation with us about the kind of things we like to do and probably even more importantly, what we don’t like to do, on our trips abroad, Rob arranged all flights, accommodation, guides and drivers. Even down to the detail of your preferred seating on flights. After arriving at all the locations and accommodation and taking part in the tours it was very clear that Rob had listened to our wishes and all were just what we would have chosen ourselves. All of the above created an extremely relaxing and stress-free holiday in a wonderful country. The expert knowledge of the locations, accommodation and tours from Rob saved us countless hours of research and booking processes which made an Audley trip well worth the cost. I can highly recommend Audley Travel.

Superbly organised trip to the Galapagos

We have just returned from the Galapagos, an extraordinarily trip of a lifetime hugely enhanced by Audley's specialist, Lauren's, expertise, knowledge and love for this incredible place! Everything ran like clockwork and we loved the timely pings from the Audley app with flight details, boarding passes, taxi arrival, flight numbers etc. Lauren took the time to really understand what we wanted to do and see within our budget and time, and created the most fabulous experience of everything the Galapagos has to offer. Importantly, when the chips were down and Ecuador went into a state of emergency just before we travelled, she was proactive with real time, local information (and alternatives if they were needed) but, importantly, gave us the confidence to go ahead. We are so glad we did … if nobody had told us that there was a state of emergency, we never would have known! Quito was safe, welcoming and vibrant and we never once felt nervous or unsafe. So thank you Lauren for putting together the perfect trip, for your reassurance and for sharing your unequalled expertise of all things Ecuador!
