I want to heavily recommend using Audley Travel. My step-father and I used their service for a trip to New Zealand and neither of us could commend this company enough. We were connected with a great women, Keila, who was so incredibly insightful and helpful in our planning. It was extremely comforting knowing that our trip was in the hands of someone so bright. Everything worked out perfectly for us. The trip ended up being my favorite trip of my life because of her help. My step-dad texted me a couple of days ago about the trip and he was so grateful. He was still in awe a week after we returned home. Anyways, I loved the trip that Audley gave us and all of the insights that helped us along the way.
We contacted Zac last year to enquire about a trip to Canada . We had teams/zoom discussions to share ideas about what we would like to do . Zac listened to us and got it spot on! Zac created our itinerary, which included a detailed step by step guide to where to be when … absolutely brilliant , thank you Zac, everything was just perfect !
We have just booked our dream holiday to visit Alaska, take the Rocky Mountaineer train and do a cruise. Leo has been amazing as a travel advisor and has expert knowledge in this field to guide us and has taken lots of time to tailor our trip to ensure we have the best experience. The itinerary looks incredible ... I felt he genuinely cares in making sure he helps to create our trip of a lifetime! We can't wait to go next year and would highly recommend Audley Travel and Leo for the Canada region.
This is our second time using Audley to help us navigate a wonderful vacation. Last year we enjoyed Canada, this year we tipped our toes into Europe, and headed to Ireland! Lydia was exceptional! We have two older girls and are an active family who loves to enjoy the outside and dine! She helped us balance both of those requests seamlessly. We kayaked by castles, walked the Cliffs of Moher, walked to waterfalls, biked through Dublin, and never stopped smiling at the beauty around us! Once we were ready to relax we had reservations for dinner and each place was unique and delicious! Thank you Lydia for helping to make our dream holiday a reality!

The rooms requested were supplied - eg. on the top floor of every hotel as we hate noise overhead.

We have just returned from our Tailormade 33-day tour and beach holiday in Thailand. What an amazing experience; it certainly did not disappoint and in fact, exceeded all expectations.
We planned our itinerary with the insider knowledge and advice of Mark Hotham, South East Asia Specialist at Audley Travel. His suggestions gave us just the right balance of cultural and historical sites, countryside and nature, food experience, varied activities and the opportunity to engage with people from the local communities.
Travel arrangements and transfers were smoothly conducted, and we were informed about any changes in the programme. Vehicles were clean and comfortable and we always felt safe being driven on often hectic roads.
Our local guides were all very knowledgeable and clearly proud of this and enjoyed sharing this with us. We also appreciated their knowledge of transport systems, knowledge of the local area and ability to access entry tickets as a priority, therefore reducing wait time. They managed to adapt and change the schedule to incorporate the optimum experiences for us; for example, when there would be fewer people, cooler temperatures, or even changing the route and order of visits.
Our guides recognised when we were flagging and offered timely refreshment and comfort breaks. It was interesting to learn directly from them about life in Thailand and they offered insight into their own lives. We developed a particularly good rapport with two guides and this is in part due to continuity over a period of time. However, we greatly appreciate that these two guides had such wonderful personalities, coupled with a passion for their jobs and a positive attitude towards providing excellent customer experience. We are fortunate to have the luxurious commodity of time and so were able to build in time to relax and enjoy the environment rather than constantly travelling day after day. For example, we occasionally included in our itinerary an extra day so we could make use of the hotel facilities for a full day rather than simply a couple of hours after an excursion, or take time out to explore on our own. We also really enjoyed the sometimes-brutal Thai massage in several locations!
The quality of accommodation we stayed in ranged through Simple (x4), Medium (x5) and First Class (x1) (Audley classifications) All were welcoming, clean and had a comfortable bed. We were more than satisfied with most that we stayed at. In making our booking, we understood that in some instances there were limited accommodation options and therefore we were forewarned of any potential negative issues. There were two hotels where in hindsight we would not wish to stay again; one was the only option. The other was selected as a convenient location for a flight the following day but we would choose a longer drive time in preference to this hotel. We feel very fortunate to have had this incredible experience of Thailand which we could not possibly have constructed ourselves and would like to thank Mark, our SE Asia Specialist Adviser for his expert knowledge, advice and seemingly endless patience which have undoubtedly contributed to making this trip the best we have experienced, through any company, ever!
Emily Norman was a brilliant specialist to chat with about our honeymoon to French Polynesia; she listened to all of our wish list items and even included things we wouldn’t have thought of otherwise!
The only reason we didn’t book with Emily was price related, hence the 4 star review, but I would trust Emily wholeheartedly with the rest of the process had we booked with her.
Great knowledge of options which were tailored very specifically to our specification. High quality accommodation and activities in very small group set up. Very fast turnaround and great support pre and during trip.
Audley provided an itinerary for us using their recommendations as well as taking our specific requirements in to account. It was a wonderful and memorable trip and ticked all the boxes we expected it to. In our view, this is what Audley do best and we would recommend them to anyone who wants a service and experience that is just that little bit special!
On a very last minute basis, Ella organised an exceptional trip to Costa Rica. It was everything we hoped for and exceeded our expectations. From first contact (with Elliot) to review call on our return with Ella, the whole experience was great.
Alison worked closely with us designing our dream holiday to Sri Lanka and the Maldives. She was there to change excursions that we felt weren’t suitable for our mobility and nothing was too much trouble. The live app was perfect to help us throughout our entire holiday.
Our two centre holiday did not disappoint and more ticks on our travel itineraries.
Have just returned from an 18 day trip through South India organised by Audley Travel UK. From first contact with Audley to returning to the UK at the end of the trip everything was organised exceptionally well. Stayed in a great variety of hotels, nine in total, all of which were unique in their own way and very comfortable. Ate some great food during the trip and had exceptional service in a couple of the restaurants. The guiding was generally good and a couple of the local guides were quite exceptional. The driver who accompanied us throughout in many ways made the trip for us. He was friendly, helpful and highly competent. The car was very well equipped with everything you might need when travelling through India. I was so enthused with the overall experience that I am already looking at planning a return visit to India. Overall I thought that the trip was great value for money.
We booked our holiday of a lifetime to Cambodia with William at Audley, the holiday was planned to perfection! We couldn’t have been more happy with our experience, the tours that were arranged were timed so that we avoided crowds and visited temples at quieter times, the local tour guides were fantastic, the hotels were beautiful and the price was very competitive, we will definitely recommend Audley to family and friends and would book again!
We have just returned from a trip to Singapore and Malaysia with Audley and were fortunate to be looked after by Charlotte Callin, the Audley expert for the region. Charlotte knew the places we were going to extremely well and as a result provided us with excellent advice during the planning stage. She was a great listener and very flexible in accommodating our requirements. She was easy to get on with, prompt and efficient in her replies which made the booking process easy. The trip itself was excellent - great hotels, amazing guides and a perfect balance between activities and relaxation. Thank you to Audley and to Charlotte for organising a great holiday for us.
