Audley travel made my dream come true

Audley travel made my dream come true, Lulu was so amazing sorting everything out for us , all went smoothly, We went on Safari in Tanzania, then onto Zanzibar to relax.I was blown away from everything, the Selous Kulinda Camp was outstanding all the staff, the park days on safari, it was just outstanding, had a special birthday dinner organised by Jamie and Jerry, Hamisi our waiter was a lovely man really looking after us, and Hans our guide was just amazing, Stayed at Breezes Beach Club in Zanzibar, what a beautiful place, all the staff were really friendly, the food was good, the location is just stunning, heaven.

Absolutely outstanding!

Absolutely outstanding from start to finish! Audley Travel are superb. We took a "once in a lifetime" trip to Borneo, Malaysia and Bali and they worked out every minute detail. They are manage to rearrange the entire schedule when our plans changed. One of our party had a medical issue on arrival that Audley were quick to act by arranging a hospital visit whilst the kids were escorted to the hotel - all anxiety was removed! I would not hesitate to recommend - it was a trip of a lieftime!

South Africa boutique style

We decided to book a trip to South Africa but didn’t know where to start. After engaging with a specialist Andy Freeman at Audley, the process was so easy and relaxing. A few calls with Andy, great questions to know more about us and what we wanted from the trip and presto we had an itinerary designed just for us. Each of our places we stayed were boutique with amazing service, our movement from Cape Town to Zambia then to Rockfig Game Reserve went without a glitch and Andy even checked in with us during the holiday- if you are thinking of an adventure give Andy a call and I’m sure he can design one of the most amazing life trips you could wish for.

Trip of a lifetime

This being the first time I have used Audley travel, I was really impressed by the attention to detail shown by Christian LeFort our tour organiser. From our first Teams video chat to plan our trip, tweaking the itinerary to suit our requirements to the detailed timetable for our trip was extremely well presented. The holiday itself exceeded our expectations starting with airport transfers. ( helpful and knowledgeable guides ) Hotels, (5 star accommodation throughout our stay ) finally, the organised trips were first class, informative and well organised especially the Ginger cruise around the Gulf of Tonkin, superb. Christian our specialist has extensive knowledge of Vietnam and Cambodia, he was able to guide us through a country we had never visited before, his advice was exemplary ensuring a wonderful experience.

South Africa March 2024

Our first experience with Audley travel, from a short conversation on what our travel likes and dislikes are to a full on video call within a week. Robyn Hutchons had put together a brilliant itinerary for our big trip. We didn't change a thing and signed up there and then. A wonderful holiday with Audley Travel

From our first contact with Audley Travel to our return home, every aspect of our holiday was excellent. Our New Zealand specialist, Keshia, took on board all our requirements and put together a wonderful itinerary for us. We felt listened to the whole time, and were provided with plenty of information for our trip. Eg, travel routes, restaurant recommendations and suggested activities. Our flights and hotels were excellent and our booked activities just right. The Audley representatives in New Zealand contacted us within a few days of our arrival, but fortunately we did not need them. We loved every aspect of our four weeks in New Zealand, and did not want to come home! We cannot think of anything that could have been done better. We will definitely use Audley Travel again for our next grand holiday.

Superb in every way

We used Audley for our trip to New Zealand and Malaysia and we are so pleased with our decision. Planning calls were fun, informative and resulted in a perfect itinerary. On the trip itself the logistics were faultless. Pre booked tours were always on time all the staff on the ground were friendly and reliable. However where Audley really excelled was their response to an issue we had at Auckland airport. I am an amputee and my prosthesis broke whilst we waiting to board our flight to Malaysia. We contacted the local rep who organised support for the flight and notified the team in Kuala Lumpur. On our arrival we were informed by our guide that an appointment had been booked for me at a clinic the next morning. I was picked up from the hotel and within an hour was back walking again and able to carry on with our amazing trip. The sense of security and support provided by Audley was a real comfort at a worrying time and the speed of resolution truly amazing. To summarise we will definitely be using Audley for our next trip and I would recommend them to anyone who was planning a trip of a lifetime.

An excellent travel company to trust with your holiday plans

Keshia, at Audley, created a truly memorable holiday for us to New Zealand. The whole experience was very simple and easy for us. Audley were extremely quick to reply to our initial enquiry, arranging a video call to understand our requirements, and they produced an itinerary that matched those requirements. Keshia kept us well informed on the progress of all bookings and was quick to come back with any questions over the options available to us, clearly setting out pros and cons. The online portal hosting our travel details was easy to use and very comprehensive, as was the folder provided for those who prefer a paper-based solution. We always knew where we needed to be, at what time, and had full contact details should any questions arise. Keshia's thorough knowledge of the country meant that she could recommend the best times for us to be at certain locations the get the most out of our holiday. In summary, their organisation was superb and we would recommend them to our family and friends without hesitation.

Laura Coughlin at Audley Travel is absolutely the best! If you have a desire to go to South Africa to visit Cape Town, go on Safari or visit Victoria Falls in Zambia she is the expert. To no surprise, every i was dotted and every t crossed. The transfer drivers always arrived on time whether at the airports or from lodge to lodge. Friendly and knowledgeable about the different townships or villages we drove through. They were great. The binder Audley provided us had every detail organized by date & time which released any stress we might have had, Can’t even begin to tell you what a fantastic trip my wife & I had with select hotels, suggested excursions and the like all by Laura. Gotta be up front, we were nervous about the trip however Laura and her expertise made everything come off without a hitch. A dream trip

We have just returned from a phenomenal trip to southern Spain and Morocco , which we planned as a special adventure with our 13 year old grandson. We can't say enough about our specialist Corinne, who planned every detail to perfection, keeping our grandson in mind: the unique boutique hotels and riad, outstanding activities, hand picked guides, excellent restaurant recommendations, cultural hints, etc. We look forward to planning more trips with Audley!
