Audley travel made my dream come true

Audley travel made my dream come true, Lulu was so amazing sorting everything out for us , all went smoothly, We went on Safari in Tanzania, then onto Zanzibar to relax.I was blown away from everything, the Selous Kulinda Camp was outstanding all the staff, the park days on safari, it was just outstanding, had a special birthday dinner organised by Jamie and Jerry, Hamisi our waiter was a lovely man really looking after us, and Hans our guide was just amazing, Stayed at Breezes Beach Club in Zanzibar, what a beautiful place, all the staff were really friendly, the food was good, the location is just stunning, heaven.

Absolutely outstanding!

Absolutely outstanding from start to finish! Audley Travel are superb. We took a "once in a lifetime" trip to Borneo, Malaysia and Bali and they worked out every minute detail. They are manage to rearrange the entire schedule when our plans changed. One of our party had a medical issue on arrival that Audley were quick to act by arranging a hospital visit whilst the kids were escorted to the hotel - all anxiety was removed! I would not hesitate to recommend - it was a trip of a lieftime!

Amazing trip to South Africa

We recently travelled to South Africa for a two week break - it was last minute planning but had been on my mind to go for years- I had a lovely chat one rainy day in February this year to Robyn Hutchons - I was putting feelers out as I wasn’t 100% with my thoughts - Robyn who is from SA just spoke so I could picture some expectations of a visit - she asked me the kind of holiday, accommodation we enjoy and within a few days she had drafted a holiday - I was so busy I honestly didn’t have too much time to digest but I felt confident she was planning the best for us- within 4 weeks we were off! A folder containing everything we needed for our trip arrived - and we were off - I didn’t actually read it until I arrived in SA so the entire trip was an adventure for us- we were not disappointed at any time or place. The accommodation was perfect, all staff helpful the food was delicious and wow the scenery and places we visited were just fab. So thank you Robyn we had a blast and we will be planning our next trip very soon Thank you x

Lagos trip organised by Lyta at Audley Travel

I have just returned from a great holiday at Casa Mae in Lagos Portugal. It was organised by Lyta from Audley Travel. I told her that I wanted to go to a small but upmarket hotel. She suggested Casa Mae which she had visited. It was a great suggestion. It is a really nice modern hotel set in the grounds of a small estate in the centre of Lagos. It has a nice restaurant and there are numerous other restaurants in the town centre which is only a few hundred yards away. The Spa facilities are a bit small and limited but the rest of the hotel is very peaceful and relaxing. Audley organised the transport with a car collecting me from the airport and and taking me directly to the hotel about an hours drive.It collected me at the end. It made the journey really easy. Lyta was very knowledgeable about the area and suggested lots of things to do. The staff in the hotel were great .They worked together as a really good team. When I was leaving one of the staff told me it was an amazing place to work with a great team and an “ awesome” boss! I would strongly recommend Audley and Casa Mae.

Amazing service

Just returned from an amazing month in East Asia. From start to finish, the quality of activities, guides and in-country service was 5 star. Our specialist was knowledgeable, receptive and happy to accommodate any changes to our itinerary, ensuring we experienced a good mixture of city and rural life whilst not missing the country’s cultural highlights. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Audley Travel; not the cheapest option but worth every penny. Currently discussing next years trip!

The itinerary suggested by Audley demonstrated expert knowledge of the country The arrangements[ eg the booking of flights and hotels] ran like clockwork. Quality and Care

We have just come back from a two week holiday of a lifetime - in the southern states of America - planned as a treat for my 91 year old mother! Audley Travel gave us a travel experience I have never had in all of my 70 years! From the initial suggested itinerary, to the communication from start to finish, and the attention to detail in every aspect of our holiday, we felt looked after. 'Quality and care' are two words I'd use as an overall description. And their pricing was surprisingly less than I had anticipated, having conducted my research beforehand. It was a holiday of a lifetime that lived up to expectations. I cannot recommend Audley Travel too highly.

Trip to Hong Kong, Thailand and Singapore

We have just returned from a trip to Hong Kong , Thailand and Singapore . Shannon Winzar helped us put our trip together and made a number of recommendations as to where to stay including visiting Singapore on our return leg which was something we hadn’t considered and turned out to be a great experience . She also recommended the Pimalai resort on the island of Koh Lantra which has to rate as simply the best resort we have ever visited.We were delighted with all aspects of our trip and glad we had Shannon to advise, her first hand experience made all the difference. We have now travelled 3 times with Audley and would recommend them for their insider knowledge , attention to detail and personable staff.

We have just returned from an amazing holiday in South Africa, our third trip with Audley. Such a beautiful country! Our Travel Specialist, Robyn Hutchons, did a superb job to ensure we had the perfect itinerary. The accommodation and travel arrangements were ideal and her attention to detail was meticulous. Outstanding and attentive service.

The attentiveness and attention to detail of Audley and their representatives was outstanding! My family and I were confident that we were armed with all the information we needed for our complex multi hop trip. I also found the 24x7 Audley duty manager service very helpful and reassuring.
