I want to heavily recommend using Audley

I want to heavily recommend using Audley Travel. My step-father and I used their service for a trip to New Zealand and neither of us could commend this company enough. We were connected with a great women, Keila, who was so incredibly insightful and helpful in our planning. It was extremely comforting knowing that our trip was in the hands of someone so bright. Everything worked out perfectly for us. The trip ended up being my favorite trip of my life because of her help. My step-dad texted me a couple of days ago about the trip and he was so grateful. He was still in awe a week after we returned home. Anyways, I loved the trip that Audley gave us and all of the insights that helped us along the way.

A bucket list trip to Canada

We contacted Zac last year to enquire about a trip to Canada . We had teams/zoom discussions to share ideas about what we would like to do . Zac listened to us and got it spot on! Zac created our itinerary, which included a detailed step by step guide to where to be when … absolutely brilliant , thank you Zac, everything was just perfect !

We have just booked our dream holiday…

We have just booked our dream holiday to visit Alaska, take the Rocky Mountaineer train and do a cruise. Leo has been amazing as a travel advisor and has expert knowledge in this field to guide us and has taken lots of time to tailor our trip to ensure we have the best experience. The itinerary looks incredible ... I felt he genuinely cares in making sure he helps to create our trip of a lifetime! We can't wait to go next year and would highly recommend Audley Travel and Leo for the Canada region.

Let’s get started on trip three…

This is our second time using Audley to help us navigate a wonderful vacation. Last year we enjoyed Canada, this year we tipped our toes into Europe, and headed to Ireland! Lydia was exceptional! We have two older girls and are an active family who loves to enjoy the outside and dine! She helped us balance both of those requests seamlessly. We kayaked by castles, walked the Cliffs of Moher, walked to waterfalls, biked through Dublin, and never stopped smiling at the beauty around us! Once we were ready to relax we had reservations for dinner and each place was unique and delicious! Thank you Lydia for helping to make our dream holiday a reality!

Expert Travel Planning

We've used Audley Travel for several trips now--Italy, Morocco, Spain, Scotland, and each time they've exceeded our expectations. For our most recent adventure to Scotland, Lydia was our travel planner, and she was wonderful from start to finish. Lydia listened to what we were hoping to get out of our trip and crafted an itinerary that struck the perfect balance: scenic hikes, iconic tourist sites, and visits to some of Scotland's best distilleries. Ahead of our departure, we received an organized binder with all our documents and details, followed by a pre-trip call where Lydia walked us through everything. Throughout the planning process, she was incredibly responsive to our questions and a true pleasure to work with. While a few minor hotel hiccups came up due to the busy travel season, the overall experience was seamless thanks to the thoughtful planning and expert coordination. We're already planning our next trip with Audley--this time to South Africa with another couple. We've been working with Thora, a local specialist, and once again the process has been thorough, professional, and exciting. Thora has brought great insight and energy to the planning, and we're confident this next adventure will be just as wonderful as our past experiences.

Everything we wanted and more

The beauty of working with Audley is that they create the travel experience we want, the way we want it. We have just returned from our fourth Audley adventure, a trip to South Africa and Victoria Falls, created by country specialist, Robyn, who delivered an itinerary which was everything we wanted - and a lot more. The plan was delivered seamlessly and we travelled secure in the knowledge that Robyn was there to support us if required.

Audley did again!

Audley did again! This company may be a little more expensive than others but it is worth every penny! Harriet put together the perfect package for us - Victoria Falls and Kruger - dotting every i and crossing every t - our trip went seamlessly without a fault - from the meet n greet service at Johannesburg Airport (which is a nightmare to negotiate) to the private transfers from one place to another - absolutely faultless. Our accommodation was spot on and the activities involved were excellent. Harriet was a star - no query was left unanswered and every little apprehension was meet with enthusiastic reassures. Will definitely be booking our next big adventure with Audley

An excellent company

We have just returned from a trip to Vietnam. We chose Audley travel because of previous reviews and a lot of research. From the first contact through to the day we arrived home they were superb. Our travel consultant Hannah was professional, extremely knowledgeable and is a SE Asia specialist. She was full of advice in planning our itinerary. The choice of hotels and travel arrangements were faultless. Though Audley, their partners in Vietnam supplied excellent guides and transport. We arranged our own flights through Singapore airlines, but Audley will do that for you too. An excellent company.

Safari and Victoria Falls

I’ve just returned from a 10 day holiday to South Africa and Zimbabwe. It was a holiday of a lifetime for us. We couldn’t have organised such a detailed holiday without Audley. Everything was planned for us in every detail. The knowledge of our agent Ben certainly helped us build our holiday. Would definitely use Audley again.

Stunning Alaskan Adventure

I have just returned from the most amazing 2 week trip to Alaska. I travelled on my own, but knowing that I had peace of mind being able to contact Audley Travel at anytime. I didn’t need to contact them at all, every little detail was covered & the trip ran like clockwork. I was just sad that it ended! I had the electronic itinerary on my phone & the folder with the paper version. I tried out several of the recommended restaurants, which were excellent & I planned my free moments (not that there were many) with the suggestions of things to do, again I could not fault the recommendations. The cruise was incredible, as were the excursions, there were so many highlights. This was a phenomenal trip & it was planned to perfection, having the inside knowledge from my guide was brilliant.

Robyn carefully guided us through our options and designed an itinerary that reflected all our wishes, creating what turned out to be the holiday of a lifetime. The trip itself was superb. We spent ten unforgettable days in Tanzania, beginning with a stay at Arusha Coffee Lodge before meeting our exceptional guide, Moinga, who accompanied us throughout the safari. Our journey included three nights at Oliver’s Camp in Tarangire National Park, two nights at The Highlands near the Ngorongoro Crater, and three nights at Dunia Camp in the Serengeti. Each location offered a unique and enriching experience, with outstanding accommodations, exceptional service, and breathtaking scenery. Moinga's deep knowledge and passion for the wildlife and landscapes made every moment of our safari engaging and educational. The staff at all three camps were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We then traveled to Zanzibar, beginning with a stay in historic Stone Town, followed by a visit to Baraza Resort and Spa—an exceptional property located on the pristine white sands of Zanzibar’s east coast. For anyone considering a truly extraordinary travel experience, we cannot recommend Audley Travel highly enough—and be sure to ask for Robyn. She will create a journey that exceeds all expectations.

Customized Trip to Greece

The agent, Jeff, planned a 2 week customized trip to Greece. Lots of moving parts (10 tours, at least 15 different drivers, intra-country flights, and a ferry), and everything came together nicely. Hotel choices (7 of them) were excellent. The local people they contracted with were very good. Both Jeff and the people in Greece were responsive, thorough, friendly, and professional.
