I want to heavily recommend using Audley

I want to heavily recommend using Audley Travel. My step-father and I used their service for a trip to New Zealand and neither of us could commend this company enough. We were connected with a great women, Keila, who was so incredibly insightful and helpful in our planning. It was extremely comforting knowing that our trip was in the hands of someone so bright. Everything worked out perfectly for us. The trip ended up being my favorite trip of my life because of her help. My step-dad texted me a couple of days ago about the trip and he was so grateful. He was still in awe a week after we returned home. Anyways, I loved the trip that Audley gave us and all of the insights that helped us along the way.

A bucket list trip to Canada

We contacted Zac last year to enquire about a trip to Canada . We had teams/zoom discussions to share ideas about what we would like to do . Zac listened to us and got it spot on! Zac created our itinerary, which included a detailed step by step guide to where to be when … absolutely brilliant , thank you Zac, everything was just perfect !

We have just booked our dream holiday…

We have just booked our dream holiday to visit Alaska, take the Rocky Mountaineer train and do a cruise. Leo has been amazing as a travel advisor and has expert knowledge in this field to guide us and has taken lots of time to tailor our trip to ensure we have the best experience. The itinerary looks incredible ... I felt he genuinely cares in making sure he helps to create our trip of a lifetime! We can't wait to go next year and would highly recommend Audley Travel and Leo for the Canada region.

Let’s get started on trip three…

This is our second time using Audley to help us navigate a wonderful vacation. Last year we enjoyed Canada, this year we tipped our toes into Europe, and headed to Ireland! Lydia was exceptional! We have two older girls and are an active family who loves to enjoy the outside and dine! She helped us balance both of those requests seamlessly. We kayaked by castles, walked the Cliffs of Moher, walked to waterfalls, biked through Dublin, and never stopped smiling at the beauty around us! Once we were ready to relax we had reservations for dinner and each place was unique and delicious! Thank you Lydia for helping to make our dream holiday a reality!

The best travel agency I have ever used

We recently used Audley Travel to book a two week safari and beach holiday in Tanzania. The service provided was excellent. Holly was our contact and she had first-hand experience of the areas we were visiting. She listened carefully to what we were looking for and, using her extensive knowledge, helped us plan a trip that met all our preferences. The pre-departure information we were given was comprehensive and incredibly useful. The actual experience exceeded our expectations. The safari camp and the beach hotel were both of outstanding quality. There were some inevitable hitches with airline schedules and it was very reassuring to be in constant contact with Audley who ensured that things were sorted out and put back on track. I cannot recommend Audley too highly. The best travel agency I have ever used.

Namibia - an offbeat destination that kept on giving

Following recommendations from friends we went to Audley for help in planning our trip to Namibia. Although we had a rough idea what we wanted to do Megan's knowledge of the country enabled us, together, to plan a first-rate holiday. We were particularly impressed with the very detailed information in the itinerary (available across a number of online platforms as well as a hard copy) and with the support received from the ground handlers (ATI and Europcar). Namibia itself is an ideal self-drive destination (albeit some of the roads take a bit of getting used to which was covered in the excellent briefings we received from both ATI and Europcar on arrival in Namibia). We stayed, at our request, in a variety of accommodations ranging from standard to luxurious and they were all welcoming and comfortable. Namibia itself gives a varied holiday ranging from amazing dune scenery in the south, coastal scenery in the Swakopmund area and as you head north to the wildlife parks mountains and hills in a landscape the rival of anything in the USA. Strongly recommend Namibia as a holiday destination and we have nothing but praise for how Megan at Audley organised our trip.

Dream Honeymoon

We have came back from our honeymoon 6 months ago and we are still speechless. It was the honeymoon of our dreams. It was a private, tailor-made trip across Vietnam and Cambodia and truly every aspect of this trip was 10/10. The sights, the organisation, the hotels, the transport. The guides and the drivers were the kindest people (Hung in Northern Vietnam, Joseph in the South and Rum in Cambodia). We got to fully immerse in the local culture, try local cuisines, avoid crowds of tourists and feel the authenticity of each country. Audley provided us with an unforgettable experience, and we can't wait for another trip with them. We spent 3 weeks on this trip and the only downside of the whole thing was that it finished...

Great trip to South America

We had a wonderful 2 weeks exploring the Amazon rainforest, Cuzco and Machu Picchu, as well as the Galapagos Islands. Every guide we had was wonderful. The agency was very helpful all the way. Especially when my passport went missing. They had to find new flights and a hotel to get us to US Embassy in Lima. It worked out so well, we only missed 1 day of our vacation. I would recommend this company for travel to everyone.

Trip to Ireland

Lily and her team in Ireland did a fantastic job preparing our trip to the Emerald Isle. Her attention to detail and being certain to include points of interest to us (especially in the areas of history and culture) were executed to the last detail. She arranged a special dinner in the Earl of Thomond Restaurant in Dromoland Castle, a behind the scenes tour of The Book of Kells and the Jameson Old Midleton Distillery to name just a few. I highly recommend Audrey Travel for your next vacation. Definitely request that Lily arrange your trip if your travels take you to Ireland.

Great Namibia Adventure

We've just returned from a two and half week trip around Namibia, the whole experience was fantastic and Namibia is an amazing country. Audley were a great company to plan and book our trip with. We had our own specialist travel consultant - Robin Charnley, who was brilliant. He spent lots of time with us discussing what we wanted from the trip and planning it accordingly, using his expert knowledge of the country. We did a self drive trip which was a real adventure on the many rough gravel roads and gave us a great opportunity to see so much of Namibia and it's magnificent wildlife and lovely people. All the accommodation was great and we did lots of activities including - mountain biking, dune rides, kayaking with seals, walking and safari. It couldn't have been better, thanks Robin and Audley.

Bravos for an encore

Before we left on our second Audrey Family Adventure I worried that it could not possibly be as perfect as our first to Costa Rica last year. It was! Audley’s customized itinerary, expert guides, and wonderful accommodations made for another magical travel experience. We came back from Iceland with our grandchildren and children as eager to do another intergenerational trip as we are.

African Safari and Mauritius

I have just come back from a holiday of a lifetime with a safari in Kruga park and then a week in Mauritius. The organisation, patience and professionalism of Megan Capon was outstanding. I often got in a muddle but was soon explained and sorted out by Megan and her suggestions were perfect for this trip. I loved the way you were given your folder with the personalised package which covered everything from tip advice to the minutiae of the travel itinerary. I will be using this firm again.

What is not to like.

This was our third trip with Audley travel. Now we have found them I cannot see going with anyone else. A trip tailored exactly to what we wanted with the help of a regional specialist who clearly had a deep understanding of the area and the feeling that Audley would be there for you should something go wrong. What is not to like.
