I want to heavily recommend using Audley Travel. My step-father and I used their service for a trip to New Zealand and neither of us could commend this company enough. We were connected with a great women, Keila, who was so incredibly insightful and helpful in our planning. It was extremely comforting knowing that our trip was in the hands of someone so bright. Everything worked out perfectly for us. The trip ended up being my favorite trip of my life because of her help. My step-dad texted me a couple of days ago about the trip and he was so grateful. He was still in awe a week after we returned home. Anyways, I loved the trip that Audley gave us and all of the insights that helped us along the way.
We contacted Zac last year to enquire about a trip to Canada . We had teams/zoom discussions to share ideas about what we would like to do . Zac listened to us and got it spot on! Zac created our itinerary, which included a detailed step by step guide to where to be when … absolutely brilliant , thank you Zac, everything was just perfect !
We have just booked our dream holiday to visit Alaska, take the Rocky Mountaineer train and do a cruise. Leo has been amazing as a travel advisor and has expert knowledge in this field to guide us and has taken lots of time to tailor our trip to ensure we have the best experience. The itinerary looks incredible ... I felt he genuinely cares in making sure he helps to create our trip of a lifetime! We can't wait to go next year and would highly recommend Audley Travel and Leo for the Canada region.
This is our second time using Audley to help us navigate a wonderful vacation. Last year we enjoyed Canada, this year we tipped our toes into Europe, and headed to Ireland! Lydia was exceptional! We have two older girls and are an active family who loves to enjoy the outside and dine! She helped us balance both of those requests seamlessly. We kayaked by castles, walked the Cliffs of Moher, walked to waterfalls, biked through Dublin, and never stopped smiling at the beauty around us! Once we were ready to relax we had reservations for dinner and each place was unique and delicious! Thank you Lydia for helping to make our dream holiday a reality!
Audley Travel, and Sophie Berryman in particular, did a fantastic job of arranging our recent trip to Yellowstone, Grand Teton and Denver. Sophie kept in email contact with us during the holiday and was proactive in helping us overcome an issue at the Avis car hire desk at Bozeman airport.

We honestly could not be more happy with our experience with Audley, yes they are a little pricier than if you were to organise your own holiday but boy is it worth it, we did not have to worry about a thing, it was all taken care of and we felt like VIP's from beginning to end of our honeymoon in Borneo. Our specialist Charlotte was FANTASTIC and we were so grateful for her expertise and guidance throughout.

My travel specialist for Canada was Leo, he listened to our hopes and then delivered a sensational itinerary that surpassed our expectations. He was really diligent and attentive with communications. Would highly recommend Audley. Using their country specialist's knowledge, trips are planned to reflect the client's interests, consulting with, listening to, and giving suggestions to the client at all stages to ensure it is right for them. Excursions can be added or not as the client wishes. A 24 hour duty officer gives piece of mind, knowing that if any problems arise the are there to help straight away.
The travel counselor put together what would have been a great trip to Indonesia had we been able to follow through. Alas, we had to cancel our plans, but I do want to note how she listened to our needs and put together what would have been a great trip.
This month my wife and I traveled to Peru, the north coast and Cusco. Audley Travel arranged guides, drivers, hotels, and national flights in Peru. Overall, our experience was outstanding. We greatly appreciated the planning assistance of Tyler Nilson-Goodwin and Ana Baratta da Costa, specialists in the area, who provided great information and guidance. The guides and drivers provided by Audley’s partner in Peru, Peru Travel, were generally good, but guide Mercedes Castillo and driver Leonardo on the north coast were exceptional. Mark of Peru Travel also provided outstanding support and assistance.
My family and I had a great holiday in the US. we started in New Orleans then moved on to Memphis and finished in Nashville. The trip was meticulously planned by Audley and the execution was seamless. Ewan really listened to what we wanted and the hotels (Monteleone, Peabody and Hermitage respectively) were all top quality as were the trips. We watched live bands nearly every day and took in the wonders of Graceland, a trip down the Mississippi, Sun Studios, The National Civil Rights Museum, the RCA studios and the Grand Ole Opry. The Insider knowledge we had was very important in finding the best experiences, bars, restaurants and good vibes.
All the travel documents were there ensuring smooth transfers and accommodations. We had no problems on the holiday so didn't need to use any of the emergency contacts but it was good to have all the numbers and gave a sense of insurance that was good to have.
We had the most incredible honeymoon, travelling with Audley to the Masai Mara in Kenya and then on to Félicité in the Seychelles. It was honestly the trip of a lifetime and so much of that was thanks to the care, attention and support from both Anna and Hannah at Audley.
The planning process was seamless. Anna and team really listened to what we were hoping for and created something thoughtful and completely tailored to us. However, just a few days before we were due to depart, some of our flights were unexpectedly cancelled due to an airline schedule change. It could have completely derailed the trip. Instead, Hannah responded immediately, working with calm professionalism to find an alternative that not only salvaged the trip but actually made it even better than we had originally imagined. Audley also very kindly contributed to not leave us financially exposed due to the required airline changes. Her help during those uncertain days was outstanding. We felt supported, reassured and truly looked after.
Our first stop was the Masai Mara. The experience was nothing short of magical. The camp we stayed in (Ol Seki Hemingways) was intimate and beautifully run. The staff were kind, attentive and genuinely welcoming. Each game drive brought unforgettable moments. We saw lions at dawn, elephants playing in the water, cheetahs surveying the plains and a leopard resting in a tree. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and made every moment feel special. There was also real romance in the experience. From a private dinner under the stars to warm, thoughtful touches throughout our stay, it felt like a perfect way to begin our marriage.
After the excitement of safari life, we flew to the Seychelles and took a boat to the stunning island of Félicité Zil Payson Six Senses). The contrast was perfect. Where the Mara was wild and thrilling, Félicité was serene, luxurious and calm. The island was breathtaking, surrounded by turquoise waters and white sand beaches. Our villa was secluded and elegant with views across the ocean. We snorkelled with turtles, hiked through palm forests and enjoyed slow, peaceful mornings. Every detail at the resort was beautifully considered. We had a sunset cocktail on a granite outcrop and a candlelit drinks by the sea. It never felt scripted. It felt natural, personal and incredibly special.
What truly made this honeymoon extraordinary was the care from all the Audley team. Even with the challenges we faced, their commitment never wavered. The itinerary was flawless, the recommendations were spot on and the support was consistent from the very first conversation to the final flight home.
We will never forget this trip. It gave us adventure, peace, beauty and joy. It was everything we could have hoped for and so much more. We would not have had this experience without Anna, Hannah and Audley Travel. We are so deeply grateful and cannot recommend them highly enough.
