I want to heavily recommend using Audley Travel. My step-father and I used their service for a trip to New Zealand and neither of us could commend this company enough. We were connected with a great women, Keila, who was so incredibly insightful and helpful in our planning. It was extremely comforting knowing that our trip was in the hands of someone so bright. Everything worked out perfectly for us. The trip ended up being my favorite trip of my life because of her help. My step-dad texted me a couple of days ago about the trip and he was so grateful. He was still in awe a week after we returned home. Anyways, I loved the trip that Audley gave us and all of the insights that helped us along the way.
We contacted Zac last year to enquire about a trip to Canada . We had teams/zoom discussions to share ideas about what we would like to do . Zac listened to us and got it spot on! Zac created our itinerary, which included a detailed step by step guide to where to be when β¦ absolutely brilliant , thank you Zac, everything was just perfect !
We have just booked our dream holiday to visit Alaska, take the Rocky Mountaineer train and do a cruise. Leo has been amazing as a travel advisor and has expert knowledge in this field to guide us and has taken lots of time to tailor our trip to ensure we have the best experience. The itinerary looks incredible ... I felt he genuinely cares in making sure he helps to create our trip of a lifetime! We can't wait to go next year and would highly recommend Audley Travel and Leo for the Canada region.
This is our second time using Audley to help us navigate a wonderful vacation. Last year we enjoyed Canada, this year we tipped our toes into Europe, and headed to Ireland! Lydia was exceptional! We have two older girls and are an active family who loves to enjoy the outside and dine! She helped us balance both of those requests seamlessly. We kayaked by castles, walked the Cliffs of Moher, walked to waterfalls, biked through Dublin, and never stopped smiling at the beauty around us! Once we were ready to relax we had reservations for dinner and each place was unique and delicious! Thank you Lydia for helping to make our dream holiday a reality!

My husband and I wanted to explore South-East Asia at short notice - with no prior knowledge and no time for research. Audley reached out immediately following an online chat request and put us in touch with the amazing Hannah who planned our equally amazing and within budget holiday. The hotels she selected were truly fantastic and the experience stress-free.
Our trip to the Galapagos was amazing and Audley did a great job explaining what to expect, what to bring along and answering any questions we had. Michael was key in planning our trip and making us feel comfortable about going to Ecuador.
We took the 7 day trip, with 4 days on the Archipel I and had a lovely time with fellow passengers and an attentive crew and guide. We saw so many animals on the hikes and the snorkeling was amazing. Food was tasty and fresh, with snacks after returning from hikes and swims. Great!
The tour guide in Quito was knowledgeable and took great care to explain the history and culture of Ecuador. We had an enjoyable day around town.
The hotels in Quito were nice rooms and excellent breakfasts.
Alec was soooo helpful in getting our trip planned fast (we didn't give him much time!) - and everything in Marrakech was amazing! We really had the best time - went off without a hitch.
We had a wonderful and smooth trip to New Zealand, thanks to the insights and planning of Michaela at Audley Travel. All travel and accommodations, which were first rate, were planned by Audley. We also had flexibility, as this was mostly a self-driving trip, but with 10 immersive and interesting excursions planned by Michaela and Audley based on our interests. These ranged from sheep farms visits, to botanical gardens to the Zealandia Wildlife Preserve to a private tour of the National Museum in Wellington to the beauty of the Southern Alps and Milford Sound. We also had a wonderful stay in an unique remote cottage with a glass roof where we could see the southern stars and constellations from our bed at night. Audleyβs attentive on-the-ground team in New Zealand allowed as to make changes as needed due to weather, etc. It was a relaxing and stress-free holiday, one to be remembered. We would highly recommend Michaela and Audley for future trip planning and arrangements to New Zealand and other destinations.
Andrew went beyond being helpful designing an Australian snorkeling visit to the Great Barrier Reef for me!!!

We wanted to design a trip that showed us New Zealand's natural wonders AND it's Lord of the Rings locations. Michaela helped us custom design a trip to both islands that toured us through cities, rivers, fjords, gorges, rafting trips, mountains and of course Hobbiton. A trip of a lifetime!

A year in the planning to celebrate our Golden wedding anniversary, it was a fabulous 3 week trip taking in Singapore and Malaysia. Mat Hall the Southeast Asia senior specialist at Audley together with Kay Cross at Kuoni in Norwich worked closely together preparing a dream package of locations and events.
We were guided in our recommended choice of activities and locations but always felt that we were listened to about what we were interested in doing so it was a bespoke package just for us, not a group standard off the shelf holiday.
Attention to detail was very evident all the way through, with both advisors offering practical guidance based on experience. We wanted a blend of organised activities as well as time to do our own thing based on the different locations on our trip, which worked brilliantly. We stayed a maximum of 4 nights and a minimum of 2 nights at 6 different 5 star hotels, travelling through the west coast of Malaysia starting in Singapore.
Mat at Audley arranged all of the flights, the rail travel journey (that we requested) and executive cars moving between destinations, all with English speaking drivers and personal guides. We would not have had the experiences we did had we tried to arrange this holiday ourselves, the in depth knowledge from Audley and Kuoni was invaluable.
This trip was to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and all 6 hotels made a special effort with flowers, cake and cards to celebrate with us, we even had a bottle of champagne on ice waiting for us at the Datai in Langkowi. These "treats" were because Audley had forewarned each hotel that we were celebrating a special occasion.
The filofax book we received before travelling containing our travel itinerary was incredibly detailed. All our travel, hotel information and organised activities as well as local contacts is all in that folder. Even useful travel information from getting local currency to tipping and things to consider doing when we had no scheduled activity arranged. Having returned home with hundreds of photos, together with this lovely filofax, it will help remember the locations and experiences for years to come. It's also a great starting point for our next special trip, thank you Mat and Kay, you were both brilliant and we would highly recommend you both for anyone planning a special trip
Scott provided a fully managed service from the first planning meeting to our post trip debrief and everything in between. It was truly a holiday of a lifetime - the Amazon followed by Galapagos, busy everyday with a new adventure. We discovered magical places, people and many different creatures up close and personal! Scott listened to our brief, gave insight and the logistical planning of the holiday was faultless. Thanks Scott, we will certainly be using Audley again.
