I want to heavily recommend using Audley

I want to heavily recommend using Audley Travel. My step-father and I used their service for a trip to New Zealand and neither of us could commend this company enough. We were connected with a great women, Keila, who was so incredibly insightful and helpful in our planning. It was extremely comforting knowing that our trip was in the hands of someone so bright. Everything worked out perfectly for us. The trip ended up being my favorite trip of my life because of her help. My step-dad texted me a couple of days ago about the trip and he was so grateful. He was still in awe a week after we returned home. Anyways, I loved the trip that Audley gave us and all of the insights that helped us along the way.

A bucket list trip to Canada

We contacted Zac last year to enquire about a trip to Canada . We had teams/zoom discussions to share ideas about what we would like to do . Zac listened to us and got it spot on! Zac created our itinerary, which included a detailed step by step guide to where to be when … absolutely brilliant , thank you Zac, everything was just perfect !

We have just booked our dream holiday…

We have just booked our dream holiday to visit Alaska, take the Rocky Mountaineer train and do a cruise. Leo has been amazing as a travel advisor and has expert knowledge in this field to guide us and has taken lots of time to tailor our trip to ensure we have the best experience. The itinerary looks incredible ... I felt he genuinely cares in making sure he helps to create our trip of a lifetime! We can't wait to go next year and would highly recommend Audley Travel and Leo for the Canada region.

Let’s get started on trip three…

This is our second time using Audley to help us navigate a wonderful vacation. Last year we enjoyed Canada, this year we tipped our toes into Europe, and headed to Ireland! Lydia was exceptional! We have two older girls and are an active family who loves to enjoy the outside and dine! She helped us balance both of those requests seamlessly. We kayaked by castles, walked the Cliffs of Moher, walked to waterfalls, biked through Dublin, and never stopped smiling at the beauty around us! Once we were ready to relax we had reservations for dinner and each place was unique and delicious! Thank you Lydia for helping to make our dream holiday a reality!

We traveled to Ireland by private car…

We traveled in Ireland by private car for two weeks. Each town was more beautiful than the last and all our drivers and guides were informative and interesting to talk to. The landscape were unbelievable to see and the rock walls were amazing. Our hotels and BandB were a treat too . Lily put together a perfect trip for us and we look forward to using Audley service again

What a trip !!!

From the start of organizing a trip for us Jack was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and always paid attention to our input, budget and concerns. When the trip neared we got a summary binder with all details. Even though we booked our own international flights Jack helped us coordinate the times. Our trip was executed flawlessly and we enjoyed our Borneo trip,never missing any important venue. From drivers to guides to lodging we got a 5 star service all for a price that was comparable to a group tour without the dysfunctional aspect of a group. In summary, Jack is an expert in SE Asia but also someone who pays attention to every detail to assure a memorable vacation like ours Very highly recommend Jack and Audley!!!

S Africa with Audley

We recently travelled to S Africa and the Victoria falls with Audley. Our travel specialist - Robin Charnley - spent time understanding what we wanted to achieve, do and see, with helpful suggestions to ensure that we would get the best possible experience. Robin designed our itinerary and it was “spot on” both on paper and when we experienced things for real . From booking the holiday through to return home, Robin offered support and advice. He was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about our trip and we cannot thank him enough for ensuring we had the most amazing time. We have travelled with Audley before and we certainly do so again!!

A really great company!

A really great company! From start to finish, we had smooth, professional advice & dealings with Audley. Our advisor, Anna Needham was top-notch. She gave us superb service from our very first dealings with her & was always available to us, for tips, or a quick chat! Our trip was perfectly arranged & we had no issues at all. The gift at the start that they sent to us, was a lovely introduction & an added surprise.

Wonderful trip of a lifetime

We had an amazing 3-week holiday in Jordan and Egypt in November '24 via Audley Travel, including a fantastic 1-week Nile Cruise. Jumana was enthusiastic in helping us to create an exciting and bespoke itinerary. The accommodation options were well chosen, combining some luxury stays and some lower cost options which we appreciated.The local guided tours were great and our guides very knowledgeable and friendly. Travel arrangements were smooth, with local representatives arranged to meet us at airports etc. This was greatly appreciated as navigating different protocols could be tricky. We were initially a little nervous travelling to Jordan and Egypt due to the political situation, but it was very reassuring to have Audley Travel on hand to keep a watchful eye on our Travel arrangements and care was taken to provide emergency contcacts. We particularly appreciated the quick thinking with rearranging another flight when our outbound flight was cancelled at short notice - Jumana had everything sorted out before we were even aware there had been a problem. It came across that Audley wanted us to have a great time, and they were keen to get feedback from us after the trip. We would definitely use Audley Travel again.

Japan 2025

First and maybe most importantly Tesia Batts listens. Working with her and Audley is a collaborative venture. Planning an itinerary is based on the traveler's interests, budget, and time frame. Tesia brings her years long experience and sensitivity to creating the trip. On paper and now on an app, the plans read so well and to my delight everything worked out beautifully. I certainly will recommend Audley and Tesia.

You won’t be disappointed if you plan with Audley

We have used Audley to arrange two trips : Peru and SE Asia. We worked with Alix Macaluso for both tours and she was terrific. She asked all the right questions so that she could tailor her suggestions to our interests. Her first-hand knowledge of local hotels, unique experiences and interesting sites allowed for lots of options to choose from. Alix was easy going and personable and we enjoyed working with her. Both trips exceeded our expectations. The local guides and companies were almost always a cut above. In the rare instance that we needed support or had to make a change while in country, Audley’s local team reacted swiftly and efficiently and resolved the issues. We look forward to working with Audley again and hope that Alix is available to plan our future experiences.
