Once I got through to Amanda through an online chat the service was exceptional. Unfortunately their text and email automated systems does let them down and the text service in particular was useless but Amanda saved the day.

I needed to cancel a membership and it was incredibly easy and efficient even when I managed to cancel payment too early and then had to make a separate single payment. All processes very simple and quick, and Sophie’s confirmation that all was sorted was very much appreciated 😊

I contacted Ashbourne to enquire about the process of cancelling my membership. The responses were quick, easy and very clear. All via text message. Membership cancelled and dates provided for the payment to cease and membership to end. Beverley was a pleasure to deal with.

They were incredibly helpful in explaining all the options available. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance with my membership, the staff was quick to respond and always went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. It's clear that they genuinely care about their members, not just as customers but as individuals. The gym itself is clean, well-equipped, and has a great atmosphere. I highly recommend warehouse gym for anyone looking for a gym that provides both excellent fitness resources and top-notch customer service
