Best response from a payment management company!

Wanted to cancel my membership for a while. I eventually received an email indicating that a fine would be added due to failed payment. I then emailed the company to cancel my membership so no further payments would have to be made. Elle was very kind to waive the fine as a gesture of good will leaving me with only the regular monthly payment. Not only that but this allowed me to continue benefitting from my membership for the rest of the month. I've had nightmare experiences from payment management companies but this has been incredibly smooth, prompt and considerate.

Friendly and helpful

Freeze membership

I needed to freeze my membership for a month and Holly responded same day with no issues at all. Very efficient and very friendly. Can't speak highly enough of Ashbourne whenever I have had to deal with them

What a joke of a company movedcawwy…

What a joke of a company moved awwy from planet fitness tredegar they have asked for proof of new address so I sent them and because my previous address was on a receipt they don't accept as proof. Avoid paying via direct debit SCAM COMPANY!!
