Excellent customer service

Rose at Ashbourne dealt with my issue very sympathetically, calmly, and with a great deal kindness. It was immediately clear she wanted to help me, and so it turned out She helped me resolve my issue and gave me options - the resolution we reached was the best one all round and I'm grateful to her for her patience
