This was a Rhein en Flammen trip. We were last in line and the fireworks were at least 1/2 mile away. Would have seen more had we stayed docked in Rudesheim. Beds were very hard. The A-Rosa Brava furniture is looking pretty "tired". Drinks were watered down. Never heard "boo" from Captain--I suppose there was one.
The A-Rosa all inclusive is truly "All Inclusive." The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. The food was well prepared and in variety. The optional excursions were well organized and enjoyable and the free use of bicycles an unexpected perk.
Wir haben auf der Luna eine Woche in Südfrankreich erlebt. Das Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich, die Mitarbeiter überwiegend sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders Shaun, unseren Kellner, möchten wir loben: immer sehr freundlich, schnell, hilfsbereit und versucht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen, top👍 . Herzlichen Dank🙏🏻. Das die Essenszeiten auf 1 bzw. 1 1/2 Stunden wegen der Arbeitszeit begrenzt sind, ist im Urlaub stressig. In der Getränkepauschale ist wenig enthalten. Auf Deck wird oft sehr lange auf Getränke gewartet oder wir haben diese an der Bar selber geholt. Das Schiff ist in die Jahre gekommen und das zeigt sich überall. Die Ausstattung ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Wir haben der Fahrt viele moderne, schönere Schiffe erleben dürfen. Auf dem Sonnendeck sollten die Liegestühle und Stühle mal gegen bequemere ausgetauscht werden. Loungemöbel nicht vorhanden. Der Blick auf das Wasser und die Gegend ist nur im vorderen Teil möglich. Ansonsten wird auf weißes Metall geschaut. Sehr schade… wir hätten gerne den Ausblick während der Fahrt genossen. Die Klimaanlage schafft es kaum gegen 32-38 Grad zu kühlen. Im Restaurant waren es 26 Grad. Wegen der Sonne waren die Rollos meistens unten, so dass es keine Aussicht gab. Wir würden so ein altes Schiff bei den hohen Preisen nicht wieder buchen.

Great ! But very few tours with English language hence please increase tours especially for June,July and Aug.

It was a little difficult to do online. I would like to talk to someone. I am 78 years old and have some problems online. I was trying to book back-to-back Christmas market cruises for 4 people using 3 credit cards. I ended up putting all of the charges on my credit card.

While I like the A-Rosa Cruises company, the online website is somewhat lacking. Here are some of the examples. 1) I tried to send an email via the website which was never answered. 2) When I tried to call the German number, the response was purely in German and no other language choices (I speak 3 other languages other than English). 3) We did find a UK based number for A-Rosa which we contacted after a web search. This number was not listed on the website. 4) Navigation through the purchase options are a little confusing. I had to go through them several times before I understood the process. On the positive side, the website does a good job of explaining the various cruises available, their itinerary and cost. Having already taken an A-Rosa cruise in the past, I am very happy with their service and attention to detail.

Schlechtes Essen und schlechter Service für viel Geld. Suppen und Soße waren zum großen Teil instant Produkte. Beim Frühstück wird groß angepriesen Pancakes und Waffeln. Gibt es nur nie. Sie suchen ein viel zu knappe Zugverbindungen raus und dann soll man auch noch selber zusehen wie man zum Schiff kommt, weil man 20 Minuten zu spät ankommt. Zum Glück gibt es noch genügend Vernünftige Reedereien.

I found it easy to find out all the information I needed to make my booking. I could see what was included, look at each deck to pick the cabin I wanted and even add specific requests. Although 2021 excursions are not yet available i could browse the 2020 ones to get an idea of the options and prices. I am looking forward to my cruise.

Great, very easy website to use. Plenty of information available about what's included and what's not. Only thing that might make it easier is advice on the deposit at the end. I chose the invoice option and didn't find out what the deposit was until I received the email.
